They have most items locked up. Went for tooth paste and had to wait for someone to unlock it $5 tooth paste.
If they can’t run the suite safely, they should close their location.

The fridge unit here has been broken forever, so they don’t carry perishables like milk or eggs. Now they’ve posted signs warning drinks are warm, making those useless too.

This Walgreens location gave me a prescription that belonged to someone else. I didn’t realize the mistake until I attempted to refill it. It's incredibly unsettling to learn that I can’t rely on my pharmacy for something as critical as medication accuracy. I called to report the issue and was told a manager would follow up, but no one ever did. There has been no accountability for the error. Fortunately, it was the correct medication—just the wrong dosage—but this kind of mistake is extremely dangerous and could easily lead to serious harm. This is a situation that borders on medical malpractice.

This space is so clean and has a lot of items I need for a quick stop in the neigborhood. However this morning I went and so many items are locked up now, that I felt like I needed a personal attendant to follow me around to unlock for toothpaste, a nail file, etc. I chose to go to another store for time’s sake

I use this pharmacy. They routinely ask me to call them for issues they have, and give me a phone number that sends me to a robot who was designed to prevent me from talking to the pharmacist. If I am able to get around this robot, it's hit or miss if I actually talk to anyone. Currently been on hold for over an hour. They also routinely don't actually order the medicine on time and can never give me a reason why. Currently 3 days late with this prescription.

Worst pharmacy! First off not only is Walgreens a for profit pharmacy but I I've had multiple issues using them over the years. Today was my last straw. I manage 12 daily medications plus multiple as needed medications in addition to the random other scripts that pop up with being a Stage IV lung cancer patient on treatment every two weeks. I called to get a script pulled yesterday so I would have it for my infusion on Monday morning. I explained the situation so I could pick it up at Walgreens on Sunday as my usual pharmacy isn't open on Sunday. I called today to check on it and they DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO CALL MY PHARMACY TO PULL THE SCRIPT. So now I'm unlikely to get my life saving chemo tomorrow morning. GET IT TOGETHER! YOU'RE DEALING WITH PEOPLE'S LIVES!
