I've been dealing with the Walgreens Pharmacy all over the United States. I spent 10 years in Green Bay, Wi. had no major difficulties with the company. esp. in the pharmacy dept. always very courteous, polite and respectful. when I moved here to Chicago, il five years ago I had the same exprience very busy but courteous and attentive and very friendly. They made me feel heard and respected. Keep up the good work and examples of friendliness and concern.

The pharmacy is on break,all together, many times throughout the day. If you're not constantly checking the time, you might forget and have to go back and forth. It is not ideal for people with really busy lives. Might be best to go sone place that has more staff or rotating breaks.

Disorganized photo department.
I would recommend choosing a different location for any print/photo department needs.
They accepted a same day pick up photo order even though they did not have all of the materials required for them..
I called to check the order status and they said they would call back shortly with an update(they never did) I ended up stopping by a few hours later when I was in the area and the gentleman at the counter was really nice and tried to help track down my order. He found that my order had been started by someone but wasn’t able to be completed because they were out of some materials needed. He then told me it would be 2 weeks before my order was ready (even though it was for same day pick up)
Ended up going to a different location near by and re-did my entire order with them.

Staff is nice, they don't ask questions, no small talk, they literally just get the job done.

My name is mireya , I'm a customer at this walgreens , and today. My roommate , my father and myself. Got all of our vaccines that were needed , the technician MARIA , was such an angel , she gave us all more than 3 vaccines each , and she was so gentle , to the point that we couldn't tell if she had actually used a needle , that's how great she is at this, I would like to say thank you , MARIA , for taking such good care , I still have no symptoms nor is my arm sore , even though I had 4 vaccines at once .
Ps. We need more people like her. For sure .

Ebony was so kind and patient while i looked for what I needed. She also had made some great recommendations on energy drinks since I mentioned wanting to try something outside of my regular Red Bulls. .

Don’t expect these guys to fill any prescription on time. Dysfunctional, no care for accuracy by the staff. Everyone hiding their badge names. No accountability. Disrespectful behavior from the entire staff.
