The pharmacy supervisor manager goes above and beyond their job to make sure they can provide you with excellent service. I hope corporate has an eye on her. She has some tats on her arm I wish I remembered her name but an excellent contribution to Walgreens corp. she should be in corp management!

I’d give zero stars if I could. I’ve been to slow pharmacies before and I’m always willing to give places a chance and I have—multiple times. I’ve put up with grumpiness and slowness, without complaint, but when they gave my prescription away within the pickup deadline, that’s too much. They shrugged, unsure of when they could fill it again and offered no apology for the mistake. They became rude, disrespectful, and entirely unhelpful. I’m switching pharmacies tomorrow, and sharing this so you can learn from my experience and not use this pharmacy. (Also, the register folks are always nice, this review is specifically about the pharmacy.)

I like this location because it’s always a fun gamble at the checkout: will I get the person who hates their job, my face and rest of the universe or will I get the person who is absolutely wonderful, has a gorgeous smile and loves the human experience. Hard to beat that contrast.

Horrible pharmacy experience and was disappointed in the lack of service.Multiple times did not register requests for refills and when they did the pharmacy would just cancel the orders without talking to me about next steps.

Just tried to get a COVID booster and flu vac for my husband. No can do because the insurance wasn't open and won't pay. I made this reservation over a week ago. They told me I need to call them they tried to call and couldn't reach them. Awful! We have to start over. Never coming back.

This is a review for the Pharmacy:The pharmacy are filled with helpful and kind people. Those that have complained on here about time and whatnot fail to recognize the understaffing. Every time I have picked my meds up they are nonstop working on the hundreds of orders I imagine this pharmacy is dealing with. This is not a fault of this specific location.

I literally just left the store with a big smile on my face. There's a male employee that was so helpful and made me laugh. I didn't get his name but he had glasses on. I just want to say thank you for the funny and friendly interaction.

Absolutely disgusting non existent customer service. Employee (LISSETE) is literally ignoring people to avoid helping and when you actually say excuse me can you help me with something she very rudely says what do you want. Unprofessional I know it’s just a Walgreens but come on

I love this Walgreens store, and it's constantly packed with customers, but there's an elderly African American lady who works the front register that's mean and rude to everyone. I hate giving bad reviews on any business, but when she's there, I almost hate checking out with her. She's really nasty. The other cashiers and managers are awesome.

Customer service was just horrible. Not all employees but today I went to get some stuff and there was an African American lady at the register. Sue had such a bad mood towards customers. She was giving attitude because I had over 10 items. Overall any other employees were great. She should be proud of Walgreens and not give this type of energy. Oh and by the way, she was impatient!

Never had a more unpleasant experience with a pharmacy. Avoid if at all possible.

I refilled a prescription, and when I got home I noticed it was someone else's even though the info stapled to the bag had my information on it -- the pill bottle itself was labeled with a different patient's name and a different medication.I took the initiative to call it in and bring the pill bottle back the next day. The pharmacist told me I might be hearing from HIPAA regarding Walgreens' violation of the other patient's privacy (I know their name, their address and what med they are taking).I asked how they typically compensate customers who help them out by doing the right thing when they mess up. I was told they won't do anything for me but they will probably have to do something for the other patient. Next time I'll go right to the HIPAA people. In fact I think I will do that this weekend and also reach out to corporate in Deerfield. Not cool.

By far the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had— understaffing leads to slow wait times and blatant incompetence. A pharmacist confidently put the wrong dose in my Rx bottle; thankfully I caught it. And good luck checking out even when it’s not busy.

I'm usually all in favor of the little guy, especially working later shifts in a drugstore. Unfortunately this isn't one of those times. I stopped by my local Walgreens drugstore this evening with a friend of mine, who happens to be deaf. Outstandingly functioning in our unforgiving society beyond his general appearance. As a concession to our general ignorance of sign language, he has quite efficiently taken upon technology and utilizes an app on his phone to communicate with our hearing-centric populous. Unfortunately, a technician, short of patience, soured our whole experience. While typing out what he needed and preparing the app to vocally say the words, this technician physically grabbed my friend phone right out of his hands so that he could instead read the words rather than having waited the additional 3 seconds to hear the words. 3 seconds, literally, that's all it would have taken to make the difference between a pleasant experience, and instead, a 2 star dismal encounter that invoked an enraged panic attack and this review.

This pharmacy closes constantly for days. I get emergencies happen but dispensing medicine is emergergent. Reported to the state and federal agencies.
