When you make a purchase and you know you're expecting a Catalina.
It's worse when the manager finds no solution and doesn't care and tells you to call customer service but then your cashier, Also tells the manager that it hasn't been printing out catalina's all day, Is there not a process, on making sure the machine has paper, It is such a hassle to request the catalinas from the company. When I should be receiving them at my purchase?

This Walgreens has a lot of stuff locked up makeup baby items men’s personal hygiene products you have to keep calling associates for assistance and the pharmacy puts one cashier on the register for pickup and there’s always a huge line

They have hygiene products like mouthwash and toothpaste locked up which makes no sense to lock up considering they are necessities. I clicked on the button for assistance and no one came to help to open the locked cabinets… there was just two guys working the register and the manager was hiding somewhere… manager only came out when one of the other staff called for him bc the receipt wasn’t printing. In the midst of this chaos a guy in a mask, I kid you not, walked up and grabbed handfuls of makeup and left… the makeup isn’t locked up for whatever reason. Staff didn’t even notice the robbery so the cops were not called. There is a need for designated workers to be walking around the aisles to see if anyone wants an item that is locked. Then again wouldn’t matter bc ppl will steal no matter what.

The lady who work at the pharmacy are very rude to serve the clients and also very slow😤, I waited 2 hours to get my two vaccines and the they didn’t wanted to give me the Covid-19. That happened on Dec 14, 2024, I had my appointment at 3:20pm. Also the lady with the dark red hair was very rude to me when I was in the line to pay for my Cokes. Horrible service 👎👎👎👎.

Horrible service! Literally had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to come and unlock the diaper display, which for some reason they keep locked. The store was empty. The general vibe is as if nobody worked there or they are not trying to make money.

I finally understand why this pharmacy has bad reviews. All these bad reviews point directly towards one single person that works at this location. Beware of the short dumb looking guy with glasses. He is really lazy, enjoys hiding behind the counter, very rude, and he stinks ?You can tell right away the guy really hates he’s job.
