Bad experience with the pharmacy. They aren’t on top of their orders. Constant delays. If there is an issue filling your prescription don’t expect any notification, they’ll just ignore your order and/or cancel it and just move on like nothing happened on their end. I’ve been trying to get a prescription for 4 weeks. Sometimes that specific med is out of stock so I gave them a lot of grace and time to sort it out, but every time i call, it’s the same lie. “We will get some today and it should be ready for pick up tomorrow” why lie? Honestly, do yourself a favor and do not bother with this location, you’ll be pulling your hair out by the end of it.

WHEN THEY SAY THE GIFTCARDS MAY NOT WORK DONT EVEN BUY THEM cus tell me why i bought a giftcard for 50$ and they said it may not work but ofc my stupid ass didn’t care and they were right that shit didn’t work bc they did not even put a damn code in the card they just have it to me…

Came in Saturday afternoon with my mom to pick up medications, was taken care of by Ray and could not be more satisfied with his service. He was very helpful, quick, and informative. He recommended my mom vaccines that she needed and told us about a coupon finder for meds that weren’t covered and saved my mom money!!! Then he gave my mom her vaccines and took the time to explain the importance of them and how she would be at greater risk since she is diabetic. Now, two days later, my mom complains of no pain from her shots and she is also happy with her experience. I plan to bring my dad back to get his shots as well and hope Ray can help us out! All the reviews about how slow this place is surely must be confused with the 24 hour location down the road, as this place is always fast, especially Ray who works so quickly and nicely. So happy to see such a great employee who takes pride in his work and is happy to help the community he serves!!!

After confirming my prescription and telling me to come back in an hour, when I came back they said they had nothing in the system for me. Every time I’ve visited this pharmacy I’ve had to wait so long, picking up any prescription is always a 30+ minute experience. The experience here has been very frustrating.

Store has never been seen this clean. The Customer service by The workers on Friday night was Amazing. From what I remember their names on the badges were Nancy , Luna and Miguel . They were all so kind And Helpful unlike other times or other Walgreens where it seems like the workers don’t even want to work or forget they are CUSTOMER service associates . I hope for each time to be attended like this

Horrible customer service. Went in to buy an item that rung up as a higher price than what was clearly stated on the shelf tag. Told the cashier and he basically said too bad, that's the new price now. No offer to change the price to what was on the shelf or even get a manager to override. Employees like these are why Walgreens' in the city have horrible reviews/reputations.

My daughter is terrified of shots. I mean terrified. Alanis was amazzzzing with my daughter. She and Suylema knew exactly how to calm her down. They were so kind. They even had toys ready! Thank you so much!

This store is the worst. There's always a line to check out and employees take their time to open the cases with locked items. Went there for passport photos and the guy at the photo counter looked annoyed at having to do his job. He couldn't get the computer to read the memory card so he said it would take an hour to restart the computer and would call me back when the pictures were ready. Surprise surprise he never called me.
There was a cashier named Brandon who used to talk to my son about Pokemon cards he was a nice guy.
Everything else about this store sucks

A fight broke out the first time I went there between an old man and their security guard. And for the past 2 weeks they’ve been telling me that I’m not covered by insurance when in fact I am. Never been more over a pharmacy in my life

They robbed me, always check the change or change how much you buy there. I made a purchase and paid with a $50 bill. When I received the change, I only kept it. I checked it at home and realized that it was wrong. As you can see in the photograph, they said that I had paid with a $20 bill and therefore the change. it was wrong.
