I've noticed recurring issues with the accuracy of information being entered by the pharmacy team at this location, including both the pharmacist and technicians. There have been multiple instances where incorrect data is submitted, leading to confusion and delays for payments through insurance cards I have to call them to confirm this. As someone who also works for the same company and is familiar with the correct procedures, I can confidently say these situations could be avoided with proper attention to detail and adherence to protocol. It's important that we all uphold the same standards to ensure patient safety and maintain trust in our services, no need for someone to tell you how to do your job if you're back there already it's an embarrassment to not know what you're supposed to do or how to transfer a prescription to another store. Replacing the pharmacist and technicians with people who actually know what they're doing and are willing to help said patients would avoid all these issues at hand.

Horrible horrible customer service at the pharmacy dept.never have medication ready..the pharmacy never tries to help in anyway possible. If you love to waste you time go there. I will never go there again

I’m disabled and have someone else come and pick up my meds. To make sure I’m getting a low price I use the RX coupons. On the app it says you can either do it over the phone or come in. Bing Chen the pharmacy manager said I could only take pick one and would have to call to do more than one. I said I’m disabled why are you not honoring the app and they said they are they are just doing one (even though they said they could do multiple in person because they don’t have to ask me for the information they can just see it). If the app says you can do it over the phone, do it over the phone. Not everyone is able-bodied like you Bing Chen.
EDIT: ableist comments and gaslighting was also experienced by Alma another manager who was once helpful to me (and knew I was disabled despite saying she didn’t). Medicare is only given to elderly or disabled and pharmacists see our insurance and birthdays. These pharmacists need to learn better stress management skills, how to communicate with customers better, and follow the rules of the Walgreens app itself. Don’t gaslight and get defensive either, just take accountability for what you said, apologize, and proceed with utilizing better coping and communication strategies to make things better for everyone. There are more respectful ways to respond to customers. Ask people if they would be ok with being on hold, offer to call them back, or ask them to call back at a certain time. Not everyone is out to cause problems for pharmacists and no one should be subjected to albeism and ableist speech because of the stress of a job they picked to do that involves working with vulnerable communities a large portion of the time.

I've been here a few times to get my printing done and Joey has always been patient with me. He helped me get my labels printed by showing me how to edit, to get them exactly how I needed them. Great guy and I appreciate his remarkable customer service. Linda is another worker there as well and she's super nice and helpful when I have any questions. Thank you guys for making my visits always pleasant and easy.

This place has a security issue. One day I went to this store like 10 in the morning. I saw a guy grabbing 2 case of 24 pack of beer and putting it in his bag. I saw one employee so I told him about the guy. Luckily he saw it too then the guy walked out and this employee just walked the guys out of the store without saying anything or do something. The guys walked out just like that not even rushing. This store is messed up big time.

It If I can give this pharmacy a negative 5 I would. My entire household has issues with this pharmacy. The person that picks up the phone never has the right answer, usually the 2nd person tries to help with no success. The 3rd time you’re just tired of the incompetence these professional pharmacists have. If you speak to 3 people they all have a different answer. I have gotten the run around saying my prescription wasn’t approved when insurance hasn’t changed and have gotten the same prescription over and over again. Prescriptions do disappear even though you have several automation calls saying otherwise. If you ask to speak to a manager they won’t even come to the phone. They do have a sign at the location regarding not dealing with irate customer. Which means people are not having a pleasant experience when interacting with this location.

This pharmacy is notorious for losing prescriptions and giving you incorrect information. If they do not know an answer they make it up. I know this because each time I have to talk to a different person who gives me a different answer and finds out information in the system that has been there all along.
Currently, I’m literally been on hold for 35 minutes waiting for a manager, looking for a prescription that they lost BUT called me several times in the last week saying they were out of stock and should be in stock shortly.

I want to thank Veronica at the pharmacy. She was very helpful and friendly. She helped me to get my medications two weeks before due date because leaving for a vacation. When I came in beginning of April to ask, she asked me to come a few days before my trip to contact the insurance. When I came in again, I liked how she recognized me and requested my medications right away. Thank you Veronica
