Rude! It takes 2.5 seconds to greet someone who enters your business establishment. I didn’t get acknowledged at the register and was snapped at when asking for my receipt. No wonder everyone hates this place

I’ve had no big issues with this location. The pharmacy techs were nice, but I did have to wait 48 hours for a prescription to be filled. Unfortunately, I think this store is understaffed.

It's wild to me how under staffed and under supported this pharmacy is. I was transferred here when the Wicker Park Walgreens closed and in the year and a half I have never not had an issue with my monthly prescription, often leaving me to need an emergency supply of a very common medication and waiting on average 30 minutes in line.

Took 15 minutes just to get them to not over charge me. Horrible business that understaffs every location. Pharmacy was completely useless and unhelpful. This location needs to be shut down

Got a notification my photo was ready for pickup. The store associate informed me it was not there and there is no record of it in the system. They told me to order it at the kiosk. I fought with the kiosk for an hour only to find that they do not offer the same photo sizes in the kiosk and did not have the size I needed.

Ling lines to wait for medicines then they wont give you the medicine the same day is a problem is you are really sick dont go to get your meds here..they always said you have to wait.you have to go home real sick because the waiting this walgreen is a mess not organized.employers are rude.iam changing my med to oher place probrably cvs

Very unprofessional, employees walking around on their phones, talking loud about personal business and they are not hiring professionals they hire people who don’t like to work!

Waited an hour in store to have my script filled and verified by the pharmacist.Update: Waited OVER an hour only to be told their system was down and the pharmacist was unable to fill any scripts. Very cool.

Extremely slow service for prescription refills. Lines regularly 20-30 minutes. Consistently has 'insurance issues' for standard refills delaying getting medicine for my son.
