This Walgreens is by far the best in the area! The store is spotless and incredibly well-organized—the cleanest I’ve seen. Every visit is a breeze thanks to the efficient staff and pharmacy, where I never have to wait. The store manager, Carlos, deserves special praise. He is always patient, approachable, and goes out of his way to help me find exactly what I need. Kahn and Nabiha are always kind and patient at the register.
On multiple visits, both Carlos and Nelson have helped me track down items like vitamins, allergy medicine, hair care products, and specialty snacks. Last week, I needed a specific brand of multivitamins and some protein bars—they were out on the shelf, but Carlos found them in stock and made sure I got them without hassle. On another visit, I couldn’t find a certain toothpaste and a first-aid kit; he personally helped me locate them. Great team over there.

I
had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Walgreens. The store hours clearly state that they close at 10:00 pm, but when I arrived at 9:50 pm, the employee (named Zarrar) stopped me at the entrance and insisted the store was closed. Even after I pointed out the posted closing time, he blocked my way and refused to let me in.
What made the situation worse was his attitude. Whatever I said, he completely ignored — acting as if he was deaf to my words — and just kept repeating, “It’s closed, it’s closed,” as though he didn’t want to hear anything.
This was especially upsetting because I was there to quickly pick up medicine for my baby, something that would have taken only 2–3 minutes since I knew exactly what I needed. Instead of being understanding or showing any compassion, the employee was dismissive, unprofessional, and unhelpful.
Closing early, refusing service, and ignoring a customer in need—especially when it involves a child’s medication—is unacceptable. Walgreens should ensure their staff respect posted hours and treat customers with basic courtesy and empathy.

The pharmacy doesn't answer the phone. I spent 45 minutes over three calls on hold and never spoke with a person.

The reason I gave one star because there is no less than one star I would give them half a star and probably they don’t deserve it for how rude they are in the pharmacy and now I’m not surprised when I was reading others people reviews.terrible customer service

They are supposed to be open at 7am and it’s 7:24am. Where are the open shifts employees and manager?

The service is going from bad to worse. They promise you to get your meds ready in an hour but you will get it after 5 hours minimum. Just go to different location for your meds than this place

Yeah the lady pharmacist is too lazy and doesnt seem like she wants to do her job. She ignored me completely while i was on my escooter and once a car came behind me she asked me to come upfront as she wouldnt give me medicine through the drive thru. Whats the purpose of the drive thru if you have to lock your bike/scooter and go inside for the sole purpose to pickup your medicines.

Rude Employees. Zemar or Zumar was very rude and I would not recommend coming to this store. You’re better off going to another one!

I ran in to purchase feminine products and rushed out as I was in a time crunch. Upon checking my receipt, I was charged for something I did not buy which cost double what I was actually purchasing. I’ve been calling the store and no one answers. Customer service can’t help either from what they told me.

I have asked the executive to change the pickup location. He is telling me it's gonna take 90 minutes to prepare an order . Since, the distance between stores is 30 minutes then what is the use of changing location for pickup?

I’ve had consistently negative experiences with Walgreens' order pickup service. The photo counter is frequently unattended, forcing me to search for store employees or wait in the cashier line. This issue has occurred at multiple Walgreens locations in the city, including the one at 5625 N Ridge. I would not recommend using the online ordering and pickup service.

Their pharmacy service is the worst I have seen not only in this entire region plus one of the worst customer service I have been witnessing over the past eight years. Even the technicians who work are extremely rude all the time. It’s horrible and very disappointing. It has been always like this all the time. I don’t know if they are not paid enough salary or they don’t get enough help from the management. But by far this is one place where I have encountered worst customer service at all times.
