I just recently moved my prescriptions from a very poorly run Walgreens (Kedzie & Montrose) to this Walgreens. The pharmacy at this location is like night and day. Professional, patient centered, quick lines and if you call, the longest you'll be on hold is 5 minutes. Very pleased with my choice.

Store is actually great, it's the the people hanging outside the store, begging constantly. It is ridiculous to see the young ones harassing people trying to go about their business especially the seniors. If they can stand outside the walgreens all day they can get a job.Walgreens needs to fix this problem

The pharmacist on duty was great. I called in about an insurance delay. She helped me right away and helped me find coupons for my prescriptions. She helped me get the prescriptions right before they closed. Absolutely caring and helpful.

Hours say pharmacy is open until 8pm but it’s closed at 6:50? Several times!

They have unprofessional pharmacists. I'm very disappointed at this location, always have problems with pharmacy. With my son's prescription all the time.

They have a hugely unneccessary parking lot that is an eyesore and a waste of space in an urban enviroment. Parking lot is only ever like, 1/25th filled. They also are producing a ton of grossly unnecessary light pollution with several enormous glaring white LED light poles structures that light up this awful parking lot and all surrounding areas in an extremely artificial and blinding way that I'm sure is bothering local wildlife and definitely bothers me. I am tired of businesses like this polluting and disregarding the spaces they are in and their enviroments.

i get it… but having nearly every item locked up makes it just about impossible to shop here. press the call button to grab a deodorant and the lady asks “which one are you getting?” um i don’t know because i can’t look at them because they’re all locked up!!! back off and let me look for just a second PLEASE!!!

worst customer service, almost 2 days i’ve been calling to check the status of meds for my child, this is very important, after the operator, they will play music and after ringing i ended up hang up, i dont know why they not answering, unbelievable, in two days they dont have time to answer the phone, oh common just give me a second to answer the very important medicine.
