I used to shop Walgreens all the time but with Amazon and Costco, I only go in like once a month to get my prescription. That’s the only thing that brings me and I will normally pick up a few items while I’m there. I have never been asked to ring up my items at the front from the pharmacy. Making me stand in now two lines to buy my items. But this Walgreens has been reluctant and today asked me to go to the front to ring up my items. I just feel like if I’m picking up prescriptions they could have the courtesy to ring up my items as well. With this type of service I will probably not buy anything from Walgreens and just buy everything at Costco or online which is more convenient for me.

I hate giving a one star review because this isn’t a terrible Walgreens - the pharmacy always has my prescriptions ready when they say they will and the staff are all pleasant. But I hate going in because they have the most aggressive Streetwise seller outside who consistently harasses people if they don’t acknowledge him in the way he wants or if they’re on their phone texting.

RUDE staff. Also went to pick up medication for my baby at 7:06 and the lights are off and they closed early without notice and now my baby has to go without her medication. Horrible location and hopefully it goes out of business asap. Will be switching all scripts so they don’t get any more of my family’s business.

Please train your cashiers. Today went to grab over counter medication, first of all have to wait her until she done doing something else, she ask non related questions and just rude.

Please work on your customer service! I am on the 4th day of waiting for a prescription. It hurts to breathe I can’t go outside and you have staff unwilling to help fill my prescription or find a Walgreens that has my prescription or recommend something else.

Wow. I never leave negative reviews. As someone who's worked in customer service for 13 years this was just not a good experience. I had film that got lost and took three months to get developed (after I was told 2 weeks max) which was fine- things happen! I wasn't told and had to keep checking up on it. Finally I went to pick it up and no CD. I went back in and asked where my digital files were and they said since it was sent back to them when it was lost CDs aren't made and it's "out of their control." I asked for a refund at which he asked for my photos back. I said no.... I want a refund for the fact I paid for a CD. He said the CD was free. I asked if there was anyway to get some money back as the whole point was to get my film on digital. He laughed and openly talked to his coworker about the fact I wanted a refund but wanted to keep my photos. I could hear everything he said as he was literally 5 feet from me. His manager was busy and after offering to scan them in by hand ("that would take a long time though") I left. Never leave film with Walgreens or get any picture services here, and avoid this location.

For the last several months, this Walgreens has been continuously faxing the wrong providers to get my pregnant wife's prescription.Most recently, Walgreens said they were out of Insulin in the entire city of Chicago. How does that even happen? This can kill people.Whatever Walgreens is doing to "automate" or "streamline" their workflows isn't working. I know that they're trying to use automated supply chain management to decrease their costs, but it's causing a lot of problems. It's terrible. Walgreens used to be reliable. Now it's nothing short of a celebration day when there isn't some problem getting the right amount of the right prescription.They are always short staffed, the workers are burnout and therefore act unfeeling

We swung by to return my unopened Vitamin D3 by Nature's Bounty. I couldn't take them because they have Soybean Oil in them. I was told by my Dr. No more Soybeans!! Then I found Walgreens generic line of vitamins they were a BOGO Sale= Buy One Get One Free. Plus they don't have Soybean Oil in them. They use Safflower Oil instead. I'm happy again ?.

WOW WOW!!! HUGE shout out to Vanessa in the photo department. Not only did she help me correct MY mistake and allow me to sit there and do it. She was patience and kind and answered any questions/concerns I had. My parents will love the calender.
