Wow. I never leave negative reviews. As someone who's worked in customer service for 13 years this was just not a good experience. I had film that got lost and took three months to get developed (after I was told 2 weeks max) which was fine- things happen! I wasn't told and had to keep checking up on it. Finally I went to pick it up and no CD. I went back in and asked where my digital files were and they said since it was sent back to them when it was lost CDs aren't made and it's "out of their control." I asked for a refund at which he asked for my photos back. I said no.... I want a refund for the fact I paid for a CD. He said the CD was free. I asked if there was anyway to get some money back as the whole point was to get my film on digital. He laughed and openly talked to his coworker about the fact I wanted a refund but wanted to keep my photos. I could hear everything he said as he was literally 5 feet from me. His manager was busy and after offering to scan them in by hand ("that would take a long time though") I left. Never leave film with Walgreens or get any picture services here, and avoid this location.

For the last several months, this Walgreens has been continuously faxing the wrong providers to get my pregnant wife's prescription.Most recently, Walgreens said they were out of Insulin in the entire city of Chicago. How does that even happen? This can kill people.Whatever Walgreens is doing to "automate" or "streamline" their workflows isn't working. I know that they're trying to use automated supply chain management to decrease their costs, but it's causing a lot of problems. It's terrible. Walgreens used to be reliable. Now it's nothing short of a celebration day when there isn't some problem getting the right amount of the right prescription.They are always short staffed, the workers are burnout and therefore act unfeeling

We swung by to return my unopened Vitamin D3 by Nature's Bounty. I couldn't take them because they have Soybean Oil in them. I was told by my Dr. No more Soybeans!! Then I found Walgreens generic line of vitamins they were a BOGO Sale= Buy One Get One Free. Plus they don't have Soybean Oil in them. They use Safflower Oil instead. I'm happy again ?.

WOW WOW!!! HUGE shout out to Vanessa in the photo department. Not only did she help me correct MY mistake and allow me to sit there and do it. She was patience and kind and answered any questions/concerns I had. My parents will love the calender.

Very slow drive thru. Went to get a covid test and was waiting for 1 hour and they never return to the window and i have to back out and just drive away. Ended up not doin the test.

I've gotten prescriptions filled at various Walgreens pharmacy's for years, and this by far is the best location. The pharmacists and staff are extremely nice and helpful, and unlike every other location, prescriptions are filled promptly.

I used to be able to rely on Walgreens for my prescriptions. Something has dramatically changed because Walgreens has lost my prescriptions multiple times in the past year or two, including during extreme emergencies. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere because trying to get help from them feels worse than going without my life saving medications.They also have very little security. A family member was easily able to take control of my refills. The phone number associated with my prescriptions isn't mine.

Pharmacist must have been having a bad day today. Rushed me through my prescription check out before I could ask to pay for my drink as well, then looked so flustered when I did ask, and then annoyed when I asked to put in my phone number for the points. Then rapidly walked away without so much as a kiss my a*s or anything. I hope her day gets better.

I have pretty bad anxiety and some other mental health issues and my normal Walgreens was out of my med, I called this location and this Walgreens was absolutely outstanding. The first person I spoke with on the phone walked me through the steps of transferring a med that is on backorder that they happened to have, literally step by step while I was on the verge of crying, they were so patient and reassuring. I wish I had written down names because every single person I spoke/ met with at this location was nothing but friendly, personable, and genuinely happy to help and answer any questions I had.Absolutely amazing. as someone with pretty bad anxiety, I think they should have 5 stars (and if you actually take the time to read through the recent less-than-5-star reviews, they are not really about the pharmacy ).THANK YOU!!!!

The employees up front were nice enough but I'll tell ya, trying to use a coupon in conjunction with your rewards dollars is so overly complicated its like they're trying to hack into Nasa. You'd think that maybe just once you could go into one of these places and experience a smooth transaction. Well not this guy. Think again they'll say. Maybe next time LOL.

I went in today Sunday September 25th and went to the perfume section I waited 20 mins while an employee watched and said nothing so I figured she couldn't help in that department or had keys so I go to the front and ask for help. They call over the store another 10 mins go by the same employee that had been watching me stand there finally comes over and says what do you want. I said can you please price check these perfumes please she said rude whatever the price is what it is and i said thats not always the case. She refused and I said I guess I'll have to go to another store and she says go for it.. I went to another location that same perfume was on sale for $8.99. She was rude as hell and lazy!

My wife and I laws have been using this pharmacy for years. They love it, and I have to agree it’s great. I was waiting for insurance approval but wanted to get the prescription ASAP as I was in a lot of pain from gout. I just couldn’t swing the cash payment price. The person I spoke to over the phone put me on hold and returned and let me know she looked up discount codes for me and I was able to get the prescription at less than half the price. I was so grateful- my wife says she has had many experiences like this at this pharmacy. The pharmacist even asked after my FIL (he now has mobility issues and can’t pick up his meds)after she hadn’t seen him for a while.

Juliana was very helpful, when I thought I booked online- a PCR test, but did not receive a confirmation email or text. I came to the store and she processed the paperwork i needed and I received the test! Thanks!
