Bessie in pharmacy was awful. Terrible attitude. It’s already stressful enough to deal with their long lines then to have someone be so disrespectful. She rang up an item with a security tag on it and I asked her to take it off please. She told me to “just rip it off and take it” and proceeded to rip the tag off and hand it to me with an attitude. This supports theft.. her employment needs to be strongly reconsidered.

DO NOT use the atm at this store . One of their workers placed a card reader on the atm machine . So if you ever use it someone else can get all of your information and withdraw from your account .

My favorite Walgreens! Super nice staff, usually have what I'm looking for. Store is clean. Awesome shopping experience thanks to outstanding customer service from staff; from management to the cashiers! :)))

Item days in stock on website and not available at store. Employee barely respond seems like they all are under influence are something, they can barely walk and talk . Not even minimum attention or enthusiasm .

Horrible experience! This store has food items that customers should be able to use EBT Snap to pay for, however they are coded incorrectly, as non food items, and I was unable to complete my purchase!! I had to go to another Walgreens in order to use my Link card to purchase the exact same items. Whatever manager was there today on May 25th 2024 at 9:30 was called to the register and wasn't helpful at all and did not seem to care that food items are coded in their system as non food!!

I was going to buy the things I needed for the when I had to use the restroom. I asked the shift manger if she can point me to the nearest restroom. She replied in a very rude ton we don’t have public restrooms. I told her I was a paying customer. Again replied in a rude ton no public bathroom.

Again I was disappointed with the gentleman in the pharmacy department. I had a 9:45am appointment for my booster shot and something to do right after. I got there at 9:35 there were 3 people ahead of me for shots and 5 in line.i stood waiting an finally left without my shot. 1oter person left too. The line had not moved and the man as always showed no sense of urgency he also never moved from his chair. This has happened many times with this same person and when I say something to the manager he says oh well. These problems only seem to happen when he's there. This latest one was 10/6/23
