I hate to say this but this farmacy, People don’t care about your pain or how your suffering , they don’t care if you don’t have your meds . They never answer the phone , and if they do, they put you on hold but end up Hanging up the phone .. I Decided to come here because we all a customers Consumers need better service, someone that actually knows how to work , and have better customer service, this is my 3rd time going to the hospital because of them … but this time I will take actions on this. No person should have to go through this.

Don’t come to this store for your pharmacy like I put my request to fill my medication at 2:42pm and came in at 7pm for them to tell me they won’t be filled and the worker literally purposely walked away from the counter so she didn’t have to help. Get a new employees who want to work it doesn’t take 4 hrs to fill a prescription and to tell a customer I have to wait until they are done with lunch is outrageous and just incompetent for this store
Also after I took my picture the black lady tried to attack me over the counter yelling at me saying I’m weird for taking a picture and tried to call security on me but they can’t do anything I can take a picture of a worker if I want to and write a review do your job instead of getting lunch

I have never had a bad experience here. They are always friendly despite large crowds and unkind customers. All workers in the pharmacy deserve a raise!

Despite the large number of customers, the staff at the pharmacy handled my prescription with efficiency and professionalism. They were courteous and attentive.

You can request a refill and they supposed to put the medication refilled in and electronically to the provider you will be waiting for ever. The worst Walgreens I ever experienced.

Terrible!! All the registers went down mid transactions and they had to close store! Bathrooms were supposedly “out of order” due to sewer back up! Everything locked up! Never again! Most disorganized and worst Walgreens I’ve ever encountered!

Worst Walgreens pharmacy in the city of Chicago! Long wait times for pickup and you have to wait for your prescription to be filled even though you called a day before and told them you needed it to be ready for a pick up time!

If you have a prescription make sure to not use this pharmacy if you need it same day, pain or any antibiotics. My doctor placed and order for antibiotics at 12pm and it was not completed till 9:30pm and they close at 10pm. Tried to pick up at 7pm was told it will take an hour. Prescriptions should not have a 9 hour turn around time. Do better.
Walgreens at this location is a joke. Corporate is a joke for trying to short staff to save money. So I’m saving my money by not shopping here.

The manager that looks like she’s at home with messy look and horrible attitude needs to re consider if a customer service job is for her. Always has an attitude. If the workers place an entire stock of things in the wrong place and now it has the wrong price is not my fault but her bad management 😅

It's a busy location but everything is locked making it harder to shop and even though there are long lines all it takes is one person more at the pharmacy or regular register to clear them but usually there's just one. Walgreens in general is behind the times and needs a self checkout option to make everything faster.

If you come to this location make sure you have time to wait for any service! I placed an order for a photo pickup, it was strange to not receive an email within a hour since that’s their promise. I called the following day and per a staff member my order was ready. Walked in to pick up my order, it took over 10 minutes to get some sort of help. Then to my surprise my order was not ready and I would have to wait about 45 minutes to have it ready. The gentleman who took over my order was in charge of all the store calls from all the departments which made me wait longer than anticipated. Waiting for my order I was able to see how disorganized and how dirty the whole business is. It’s very unfortunate to see a very well known business be poorly managed. I understand the location and most might think it’s in the “ghetto” but the company should still enforce their standards. Hopefully this store gets turn around and provides better service.
