Whenever I enter the store, it's usually clean and I can find the items I need. The staff are friendly and helpful when needed.

The pharmacy is unbelievable unhelpful. There are several people working and only one person actually working. They take forever and have no organization whatsoever. Waited almost an hour for a prescription.

The customer service for the pharmacy is horrible. You guys need to do better or hire new people. They never answer the phone for pharmacy

This location locks their doors at 10:45pm. Tried to walk in and the security guard wouldn’t let anyone in.

Wow, this place is something else so unprofessional they have a pharmacy drive up such bad service they don't even acknowledge you, and they make you wait just to tell you your medicine is not du-able like what is that? Thank you, Nicole. Hope you love your job!! After being there, twice finally came to Walgreens on 55th Kedzie, busy but worth it!

I wish I could give 0 stars anyway WHY DID THEY PUT THE MAKEUP LOCKED AND A SECURITY IN FRONT OF THE MAKEUP SECTION locked if no one is going to help you with what you want to buy My mom and I waited 10 minutes and no one came to HELP US, waste of time and unnecessary to have those makeup doors visible with a lock if there is already a security, he can be there watching and see if someone could be stealing, he was just on his phone.

The wait at the pharmacy is not acceptable. My medication was ready but couldn't talk to a cashier for 23 minutes. This is not the first time. It wasn't like this before.

I came here for a booster at the pharmacy. The pharmacist asked me to stay about 15 minutes, just in case I may have an adverse effect. Well, I came out from behind the partition; I see a 6-foot guy filling his booking with items from the store. The manager scream at him to leave and I saw him put his bookbag on his back; then pick up three packages of Huggies baby wipe and walked out the store! This is outrageous! Walgreens need security in most of their stores on the Southside. Shoplifters like him will keep coming back over and over; if they know no one will stop them! I spoke to Corporate! Maybe they will put a plan in place to their staff and shoppers feel safe!

They close at midnight, I was there 15 minutes before closing and they had the doors closed and employees talking, saying it was closed already, just needed some medicine real fast, pay with my debit card, no cash....just horrible
