I went to the store today and made 2 individual purchases. I took out 20 with each purchase and the second time the girl got mad gave me an attitude telling me that , that wasn't a bank and that to use the ATM . I was baffled cuz that never happened to me . After she gave it to me she said I left her broke and that her manager didn't like being called to the front. She was really rude the whole time . If a she don't like her job she should quit .

Just close the store already. Almost 30% of items are locked up. There are no workers to unlock items. For those that could find and get an item yo buy, they had to wait in a line 9 deep.

Seems weird to leave a review for a Walgreens but every single makeup item is locked up. I waited 7 minutes after pressing the button and no one came. Walgreens should stop locking things up ….

Feels weird to leave a review for a Walgreens, but I just needed to give a shoutout to who I think is the manager? I’ve been in a lot this week for package pickups, passport photos, etc. and every step of the way he has been unbelievably professional and has operated with a level of customer service and hospitality that is well beyond a Walgreens. Seriously, I would suggest he looks into getting into the hospitality field in spas or hotels because he’s so lovely and has what it takes.
I can’t speak to the rest of the Walgreens staff or experience here, but needed to make sure this message got to him somehow! Thanks for everything!

I've lived in the neighborhood for over 30 years..I have never had any issues...until recently. These are some of the most rude employees around, you are a nuisance to them, not a customer. Most of them just wonder around...no wonder Walgreens is closing stores left and right, what's the point of paying these people.

INCOMPETENT! Was sent Four E-Mails that my prescription was ready for pickup. When I get there, I was told they did not know me and there was no prescription. For the last SIX years I have had the SAME prescription filled by these liars. They made me go to a different Walgreens after sending confirmation emails to pickup the prescription. The state works with this Walgreens (Milwaukee and wood) which articulates CORRUPTION/FRAUD. BEWARE of this circus which works with the corrupt city of Chicago state of Illinois.
