Went to get my vaccines there they were very informative and friendly but needed more staffs though it took a while about 20 mins for my 2 vaccines

The female worker should worry about working instead of being rude to the customers like we did some wrong by shopping there. They should talk to each other on lunch not when the store is full and the register line is at it's max. The customers just want to pay and get out not wait in line for them to chit-chat about what they did this night before

This Walgreen’s is like many others. They offer the same goods, but each Walgreen’s has its own staff. Today the cashier on duty, after work, was just the right person.
He was kind, he smiled, he switched languages to make the customer comfortable.
If there were an opening at my company, I would gladly have referred him.

I was told by the pharmacist the prescription cost “four ninety nine,” inline with what I typically pay so I didn’t question it and paid. Turns out I was charged “four HUNDRED ninety nine,” a vastly different price I would have never agreed to if I was actually informed. Then I was told there was nothing they could do to fix the issue because I had already paid.

I went to go pick up my son’s prescription through the drive through. When I got there it was 6:37 pm n there were 2 cars in front of me. By the time I got to the window it was 6:43 pm. Frankie didn’t even greet me. He told me “ you know we close for break at 6:45 right?” I told him excuse me? He said “we close for break at 6:45 next time try to arrive earlier!” I told him I been in line and it’s 6:43. Frankie had an attitude and has no customer service skill! I am a medical assistant and would never treat my patients the was he treated me! Before giving me the meds he puts the bored on the window. Don’t even ask me if I needed anything else or even have a great day! This isn’t the first time neither! He has been rude to multiple ppl. I have witnessed this while in line! Treat your patients/ customers with respect or work in the back Frankie!

Every time I come to this Walgreens, the pharmacy is exceptional. It is not an easy job, to say the least, but you would never know that based on the professionalism and upbeat attitudes that the pharm techs and pharmacists consistently demonstrate. Betty & Renee especially deserve recognition for their hard work and great customer service.
