This pharmacy told me my medication was 50 dollars but they didn’t have it in store so I had to pick it up at the Walgreens at 3258 N. Western and when my son got there they charged him 65 dollars. These pharmacies are not here to help people and if I could give them 0 stars I would because they have no idea what they’re doing. I had to wait all day just to get over charged by a worse Walgreens pharmacy. I don’t recommend anyone to buy from Walgreens!!!

I wanted to give an acknowledgment to an awesome store associate by the name of Angelica who went above and beyond on Wednesday, April, 9,2025!
My encounter occurred around 2:07pm‼️ I didn’t even know that I could make a custom card & so much more all available on the Walgreens app thank God for the patience, kindness, professionalism and then some of Angelica who not only walked me through the entire process but, taught me things along the way, and made glowing suggestions that ended up in being an amazing satisfaction to not only myself but, the recipient whom I was shopping for‼️
I also would be remised if I didn’t mention another incredibly awesome associate by the name of Jessica who assisted me as well; as Angelica was working on another project that I excitedly payed for thanks to Angelica’s great recommendations‼️
While it’s a great thing to receive outstanding customer service, it is as equally noteworthy to experience associates helping one another out‼️‼️
Thank you Walgreen’s for 2 excellent employees that not only understand excellence in customer service but, also know what it is to serve one another as teammates‼️‼️
Clean store, great associates, good attitudes‼️
I highly recommend this store because of Angelica & Jessic professionalism‼️🙌🙌🙌

The store portion is great. The pharmacy technicians don’t know how to talk to people. Rude and unhelpful.

The gentleman that I believe manages this store (or is at least a keyholder/shift lead) is AWESOME. This store is at a convenient location for me, so I often pop in to grab odds and ends. This man is always here, working away with a passion.
The other day, 3 locked departments were called over the intercom (baby, cold/flu, laundry) and he was RUNNING. THE FASTEST UNLOCKS AND HELP I HAVE EVER SEEN BEFORE MY EYES. I have not needed to purchase something that is locked here yet, but I have full faith that this wonderful gentleman will materialize out of thin air to help, and then afterwards go directly back to stocking. Corporate, give this man a raise.

The pharmacy here is literally the worst one in Chicago. They have been back and forth on my medication for days now and every time I go I get different answer’s. For someone who is sick and urgently needs the medication to keep any liquids or foods down, this is sickening. I refilled my prescription on a Friday and was told it would be ready on that Monday. Went in on Monday and they told me it wouldn’t be ready until Tuesday. Went in on Tuesday and they told me my insurance wouldn’t cover it until Sunday. Would not recommend this pharmacy.

I'm writing this review specifically for the pharmacy and specifically for Farnine. I ordered my birth control to this Walgreens. Unfortunately, they had to order it and it was coming a day late. This has happened with Walgreens before, it's an issue with their automated system. Farnine (I'm not sure how to spell it) called another Walgreens pharmacy, checked the stock, put in my order and gave me the address and pick up time! I'm so happy with my service today. Thank you.
