This store has almost everything locked up behind glass, and you have to summon an employee to unlock it. It makes shopping here so cumbersome, by the 3rd item I abandoned my basket and left. I feel awful for the pharmacy staff here, they’re always understaffed and overworked. It is a real shame that this is the only drug store near me, because it seems like they’re trying to sundown this location.

The pharmacy has been TERRIBLE since under new management I just spent over 10mins trying to contact that pharmacy and someone picked up the phone and hung it up with out speaking to me. Since new management when you call all you hear is giggling and laughing in the back ground. They never seem to have medications in stock any more as they used to.

Great customer service, clean and clerks that make you feel welcome. No issues, hardly a line and I was in and out of there without delays.

They keep changing the pharmacy hours EVERY day. Even when they are actually open the pharmacists are taking breaks at random hours that also change EVERY day. How hard is it to set consistent hours and update them accurately online??

Definitely fill your medications at another Walgreens. I’ve had important daily medications delayed or straight up cancelled bc they don’t have it in stock. I know they’re probably understaffed.. but for medications that are potentially life saving it’s kind of unacceptable.

You could possibly die waiting for them to refill your medications here.. 24 hours and still can’t finish the order. Always a problem here. Website also lists items in stock that are not on the shelves.

I've been trying to get my asthma medication refilled for days now. I placed my refill order online and then it disappeared. When I called they said it would take a few days for the medication to be shipped. I showed up to pick up my medication and they were closed early. While it turned out the posted hours had been changed (closing at 7:15 instead of 8:00- not updated online), they were closed even earlier than that! This is an asthma medication I need to take daily, and it's been 4 or 5 days now that I haven't been able to get it. I am incredibly frustrated and feel this should have been avoidable.

Worst Walgreens in Chicago, unorganized, dirty and constantly robbed. Instead of hiring security to protect their store and it's customers they are booting people in the parking. Wish I could give negative stars

This store is very convenient in terms of location in relation to my apartment and basic amenities that the other grocers in the area do not have. Even without being a rewards member, the prices are pretty reasonable.

This Walgreens consistently has basic medicines out of stock - I have never been able to find infant Tylenol or Motrin here after going multiple times to pick it up. They’ve been out of Flonase several times and their customer service at the pharmacy itself is subpar.
