What happened to general customer service, seems like everyone acts like they own the place and are upset you walked in with shoes on.
I would say avoid this place but should do the complete opposite and visit as much as possible so the employees are able to practice being a decent human.

I’ve been having a hard time getting my prescriptions here. Was basically spoke down to because they told me that the medication isn’t “always ready” even though I was quoted a specific time and date. If it were life or death medication, I would be dead.

Andy pharmacist helped login me to get in to get the covid-19 vaccine where I got stuck trying to figure out something and Cynthia the person the gave me the shot walgreens helped me out, very grateful to them and so polite and respectful. Thank you very much guy's.

This pharmacy is terrible. They’re either always on a meal break, or take forever to fill a prescription whether you call or visit in person. Do all pharmacists need to take a meal break at the same time? If this is a Walgreens/store wide policy, why not have someone always available so the requests don’t pile up on the pharmacists?
When the pharmacy team is not on a meal break and you call, they will answer your call, put you on hold, and then hang up. When you visit in person, they sound annoyed and impatient. It seems like there is never a right time to visit or call this place and everyone is always on edge or having a bad day. The worst customer service to experience when you’re already needing medication for yourself or a loved one.
Walgreens, please hire new pharmacists at this location that actually enjoy their job and do it well. It is a disservice to people choosing this place for needed medications. With so much competition these days you would think they would get it together and value their customers, or at least treat them better.

It's right near home, but this location has gotten progressively worse, especially at night. Homeless people hanging out outside and virtually every time I go someone is actively shoplifting.

The cashiers all move at a glaciel pace. They only have a max on one register open, regardless of how long the line gets. They close early, before midnight, when they feel like it, such as tonight. It's an extremely frustrating store to shop at.

On March 9th. I mean yesterday. In showed to the store st 11.45pm. The door was closed and me and a?few more customers were standing outside. Someone from the store came and told us that he had to close earlier and that he didn't have to give us any explain. DISGUSTING WALGREENS. YOU CLOSE AT MIDNIGHT AND YOUR DOORS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE OPRN UNTIL MIDNIGHT. THIS WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL

Good pharmacy, but make sure you check the timings before going. They close down strictly for lunch and dinner breaks.

The pharmacy here is a rip off! They told me they didn't have the power to cancel one of my prescriptions and then double charged me! They are ignorant and under trained. I had to spend $50 for a $25 prescription because both the app and in store pharmacy are absolutely atrocious. I will not be using this pharmacy anymore. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because the rest of the employees of the store are amazing.

I was able to get my Covid booster under the bridge program for no cost. But when my spouse went to get theirs a few days later, they refused to do it and denied that they do any free Covid shots there. Don’t go here if you need to use the bridge program.
