This place is useless. They put things you want on sale and then they don’t have anything you need. Ridiculous. Just use Amazon, cheaper and they have stock. Dumbest stuff on sale randomly and the vultures descend to save a quarter wtf

This Walgreens hikes their prices up in store even though their online prices for the same items are different (and lower). I asked to price match what this location’s price said online on the Walgreen’s website and the cashier dismissed my request to honor the online pricing. He repeated that they don’t do price matching. He didn’t grab a manager to have my concern addressed at a higher level. Not sure if this is all Walgreens locations that do this. But maybe update your pricing in store or online so that prices are consistent, or do what every other store does and start honoring price matching. Also, employees would benefit from some basic customer service skills.

FYI .... this walgreens does not have a functional camera for passport pictures. Be sure to call first before you make the trip January 29th 2025.

The phone line to pharmacy disconnects after phone prompts. Told manager about it twice and still not fixed. Went to pick up a prescription (pharmacy is open until 8). Showed up at 645 and was told they were taking a meal break until 715 and both pharmacists walked out. Stagger the meal breaks so you can serve customers or publish the meal breaks. Find a different store.

Don’t go to this location. They are short staffed and don’t know what they are doing. If you have a vaccination appointment, plan on waiting an extra hour even with the appointment.

Maria in the pharmacy is a RARE find! She was so upbeat and kind, even with a gigantic line of customers behind her. Walgreens lost my appointment confirmation and she was able to fit me in AND find more affordable vaccines since I’m uninsured. This is a busy location so expect a wait but if you can meet Maria, she’ll make it worth it.

Why offer vaccinations if you don’t have the staff for it? Just tried to go get my flu and covid shot and there was a line across the entire back of the store. Insanity.

Bully service from Leslie and Carlos!! Went to this location several weeks ago only to experience the worst customer service from Leslie and Lead employee Carlos!! I was shocked by Leslie nasty attitude and bully like behavior due to requesting a price adjustment on eggs that were priced incorrectly. When asking for an adjustment she refused to adjust the price error stating that she couldn’t make the adjustment due to an increase in tax?!?! She made no sense nor did she even realize what she was even saying!! Instead she argued when I said the customer is always right especially when pricing is clearly incorrect by the actual establishment. Leslie response was the customer isn’t right actually arguing about the matter at hand. By now I was outraged by her rudeness and unacceptable attitude. I requested that I speak to her manager on duty only for her partner Carlos to continue the nasty attitude that Leslie had left off at!! When I explained to him about Leslie awful service he immediately sided with her and actually raised his voice yelling that she was in the right!! I than finished the conversation off by saying I would contact the store manager about this awful experience!! Both Leslie and lead Carlos displayed the poorest presentation I’ve ever experienced and are a true embarrassment to the Walgreens brand! They lack the confidence and or strength of even being any real leaders in the service business and need to go to an actual training course to learn proper adequate. They definitely belong in a warehouse if they lack customer service skills which in this case they failed in all areas!! Big disappointment! I will be placing my survey from my receipt and will also contact corporate about my experience as well!!

I often visit this Walgreens as I work close by. I love going in because everyone there is wonderful. But Martha is the greatest! It's like I'm visiting a friend when I go and shop! Elba is amazing too! Basically the entire staff is so nice and friendly!

The pharmacy always has an long line and Walgreens corporate knows that it isn’t easy to change your pharmacy and go somewhere else to pick up a prescription. So why should they get additional staff for the two registers they have at checkout. The people that work here are nice and overworked.

There is only one pharmacy window at this location and often long lines. The prescriptions I need are often out of stock. They take a very long time to answer the phone, I feel like it's faster at times to go there then wait for someone to answer the phone. The Walgreens phone tree in general, is terrible. The store itself is good. Easy parking. No problems with the staff.
