I had fedex packages delivered here as it was a delivery point listed by best buy.
Store Manager told me fedex accidently took my package that THEY JUST DROPPED OFF.
Fedex told me the store manager was refusing to take fedex packages AND SHE LIED TO MY FACE trying to blame fedex she needs to be fired ASAP.
Stay away from this store and it's useless store manager

This pharmacy needs a whole new working team , it has only been one nice worker there and that’s one lighting woman w pretty hazel eyes other than that THIS walgreens needs a whole new management team the work ethic and the attitudes does not for pharmacy.

Their pharmacy staff never answers the phone. They never fill prescriptions and they always sit saying “preparing” until I call them and have them push it through. Super inconvenient. Gonna start using a different location or CVS

This Walgreens, situated in the heart of an African American community, is a disgrace to the system. They are consistently short-staffed, have long lines, are frequently out of inventory, and exhibit poor attitudes. Today, the female pharmacy worker hung up on me when I called from the drive-thru line to inquire why the line had not moved for 20 minutes. I try to avoid this location and go downtown Chicago whenever possible.

Tall black male who claims to be the manger was rude and disrespectful. I went to Walgreens to replace my charger because there’s a life warranty on the charger and purchased. Once I informed the Clark of this issue he was very disrespectful claims Walgreens don’t have a lifetime warranty on their charger which is a lie. The. He kicked me out the store claiming I was trying to get a free charger.

I entered Walgreens in search of B12 vitamins, so I headed straight for the vitamin section. When I got there, the vitamin B12 was not on the shelf. I looked around for assistance but all of the staff was busy attending to other patrons. I patiently waited for the opportunity to speak with one of the staff members and when it came I made them aware that vitamin B12 wasn’t stocked on the shelf. The employee made the stock guy aware then in no time, the shelf was stocked with B12. When I got to the register, the cashier made me aware of the BOGO deal. I was there to purchase one bottle of B12 but ended up with 2 bottles after the cashier informed me about the items that were available after the purchase of certain items. I walked away smiling.

I went into this Walgreens to send a Mothers Day gift and they told me they no longer have Fedex at their location. Please do not waste ur time trying to send a package from this location.
Please do not advertise that this location is a FedEx because it is not!

There seems to be no sense of urgency to get your medication ready. I have just been released from the hospital, and they only had 1 of 6 medications ready. Was told it'll be ready the next day around noon, it is now 5:30p.m. and mediation still not ready. This is more than ridiculous, it's insane.

The employees here are incredibly rude , acting like they don’t hear you , laughing at customers , it’s a weird environment .
