June in the pharmacy was rude, dismissive, and passive aggressive. Did not listen clearly to my needs and cut me off while speaking. However, thanks to the pharmacist in the white coat my experience was slightly lifted and a better understanding was given.

The person behind the pharmacy counter had me on hold over 30 min never answering the phone and I was able to walk in while still on hold while she kept picking up the phone placing it on hold so unprofessional and poor customer service

I just stopped at this Walgreens to purchase a 2032 battery. The area was locked so it required an employee to unlock it. I waited, pressed the service button 3 times, and no one showed up. The frustrating part is 4-5 employees in RED shirts either walked pass me, saw me standing and said press the button. No one thought to assist or get someone to assist. So, I left and took my $$$ somewhere else. I no longer volunteer to pay for poor service.

terrible pharmacy, they close 10 minutes early for lunch and refuse to let you pick up your prescription if you get there at 10:50 and their lunch is at 11:00. I couldn’t come back in 30 mins because I had to work, and they still wouldn’t ring me up even though there was 10 minutes left before their lunch break. I missed my dose because of this.The staff is extremely rude, lack empathy, and unprofessional. The Walgreens store manager was nice but the pharmacy is terrible it honestly needs to be shut down. The Pharmacy Manager is rude and unprofessional, please just go to the one on 47th or the local pharmacy on 53rd. It’s not worth it all

I spoke with someone today that was wonderful, but 9 out of 10 times, they have not only been rude and short over the phone, but they're rude and short in person. I've been dealing with Walgreens over 50 years. I worked there as a teenager. We are only good as the service we provide. Walgreens Customer Service needs to step up.

I had a very aggressive experience at this location…over a 10 cent bag. MAXWELL asked if I wanted a bag and I said “yes please”. At the end of the transaction he didn’t hand me one so I asked again. “Excuse me I did want a bag” He was immediately so aggressive the usual long line of customers and other employees started to watch. He said “No you didn’t. You didn’t ask. I don’t play that. No you didn’t” I literally looked around for security cause I thought he was having a breakdown. He was sweating and stuttering like someone tried to rob him at gunpoint. Eyes were a little red. He just kept repeating himself and refused to give me a bag. I know you have EAP benefits for your employees. Someone get that clown MAXWELL some help. And this is not the first time an employee here has started crashing out in front of customers but this is the worst I've seen.

Wish I could give this place lower than one star. The pharmacist on staff today was rude, unprofessional, and hung up on me around 2:45. I don’t usually leave reviews but the service was abysmal and she should be ashamed. If this is how they treat people on a regular basis, something needs to change. Starting with her.

This place has major stocking issues as the shelves are always empty. I rung the customer service button to retrieve something from a locked cabinet and I’m still waiting 4 months later. Avoid this Walgreens at all cost!! Don’t take my word for it, look at the other review…

I came to pick up a prescription however I wanted to pick up some pizza as well so I got the pizza went to pick up my prescription with the pizza was so big. I was unable to ride my scooter as I am in a handicap scooter. I return it to the counter and Debra the cashier. Noticed that I used it with my insurance card immediately she got angry and said oh that won’t go back on your card. Take it to camera. Really,
So the cashier that it rang me up which name is Rose took it without a problem. She seem me in the camera line & immediately said “I will take care of it “

They've told me my prescription was ready for pickup several times & when I got there it wasn't. So I started waiting to pick it up, and then, they put it back early. The lines are always long and the service is terrible.

I’m usually just in and out here and haven’t gotten prescriptions filled but really haven’t had any bad experiences. The cashiers and staff are friendly and things are decently stocked and the store’s clean.
