  Mary the cashier is fantastic. Always friendly and helpful. But the customers here always seem confused. Their credit and/or debit cards never seem to work. I go to the Walgreens at Broadway and Belmont because of this. Customers here seem more coherent.

  I just love this place. The pharmacy department is amazing. They truly go out of their way to help everybody. The store is very clean. The staff is excellent. Never had a bad experience

  Great experience with printing photos! David saved the day by expediting prints for my son's school project when the other store had a broken printer. Huge thanks to David and the Walgrrens team!

  I was having an awesome day, until the cashier on duty around 6:45pm started giving me a hard time at the register. She literally started counting, the other people behind me, basically telling me to hurry up rushing me out of the store. Which made me very uncomfortable. I spoke to a manager, I suggest sue gets more training dealing with the public, because you dont know who I am.

  Store and pharmacy are both understaffed. There is an active scam going on at the parking lot of the property. If you can, keep someone in your vehicle at all times to avoid this scam.

  I was able to find what I was looking for and checkout relatively quickly. There was a bit if a line, but abither assocuate open his register for quicker checkouts

  The pharmacy is consistently understaffed and slow. You can tell even the nice pharmacists are struggling, which is a shame. This is what I call a desperation store—you have to be desperate to come here. If given the chance, pick somewhere else. It’s worth the extra few minutes.

  I been inside the store maybe 2-3 times but I was in work uniform and i understand people believe we are all the same because our uniform stands out but this cashier has been very disrespectful to me since the day I walked in to just ask to use the bathroom. Like I said I walked into the store maybe 2-3 times and the first time was raining hard outside so I went inside the entrance and asked the lady at the register “is it possible I can use your bathroom.” She responded “ No, I will talk to my supervisor about not letting none of you workers enter our bathroom to destroy it.” I responded “excuse me this is my first time coming in here I never been in this area I don’t know what experience you had with someone in my uniform but this is my first time. But that’s fine I can go somewhere else, I just urgently have to use it while it’s raining outside.” She told me to leave the store even though it was raining and said I couldn’t wait in front of the entrance door. The next week I was put again in the location and I just wanted a snack knowing I couldn’t use the bathroom but I gave this location another chance. I went to see if I can find a snack found something to grab on and took it to the register to see theirs a line which I was completely fine with. THIS WAS YESTERDAY AROUND 6:40 PM I realized it was the same cashier who had made that comment about the bathroom. (Asian / Chinese lady) At this point I wasn’t alone. I seen the customer in front of me and they were greeted nicely and given their receipt in their hand. When it came to my turn mind you I’m not alone but I do have a coworker next to me Hispanic male & im a Hispanic female. It came to me only have TWO snacks I had them stack one on top of another. Cashier grabbed the bottom item and scanned it and slammed my chocolates on the counter and grab my second item and scan my bag of chips and slammed it right next to my chocolates. At this point I did get upset because one their small bits of chocolate while are you slamming them and then trying to crunch my chips some more. At this point I knew I’m done with this store. It came to the time I was about to insert my chip card into the machine she pulls my hand and tells me NO TAP very aggressively to the point even the random customer behind me said something. I don’t necessarily have to tap it I have the option to insert my chip or tap. But the fact she grabbed my hand and been slamming my snacks I honestly believe she has something towards Hispanic. ALSO she address my male Hispanic coworker and said IF he was gonna purchase something or not he can leave. He was just standing aside from me. Whatever at this point I leave the store and that’s when I come across my other coworkers and realize they have a Walgreens bag and just came out from the restaurant nearby I asked if they had the same experience and told me the cashier was nice to them and polite but the difference is their not Hispanic. I honestly believe this Asian Lady is Racist against Mexican the way I been address these multiple of times. My coworkers came inside with me after I had told them what had just happened. We asked the cashier the same one I been dealing with if I can speak to a supervisor she told me go to the photo aisle. I asked her if she can call them and that’s when her voice raised and said no photo aisle and look for him. My coworker than told her “she asked if you can call for your supervisor” and that’s when the supervisor came up and heard my coworker asking for him. He said he was gonna speak to her and after my break I didn’t see the cashier no more. After reading not just my comment on here but the Asian lady has multiple reviews on the same topic she is a racist. And needs to be removed out of the company. Especially this being a world wide known company. Walgreens can have better workers!

  The Walgreens itself and pharmacy are fine. But there is one lady that has been working there for years that frankly should have been fired ages ago. She’s racist, snappy, and rarely does her job. I don’t know her name, so the best I can do is describe her as a middle aged Asian woman around 5’2 in height.
  
  I kid you not, she’s made comments that include calling my mom old and asking “how is she not dead yet.” A couple years ago I stood in line as she questioned if this one Black individual would be able to pay for a more expensive item. I’ve also seen her follow Black customers around, which is racist as hell. At other times, she stands in the aisles and if a line forms, will often eyeball it and refuse to check people out until the line gets shorter.
  
  And today she finally did one last thing that made me write this review. As I was checking out and inserted my card, her computer system went down. She then said “what are you? Stupid? You broke the computer.” Then told me I need to tap my card that I cannot tap. I tried to insert it again and she cussed me out, grabbed the card, and did something on the her end. Meanwhile there’s a line behind me as she continues to chew me out until I finally turned to her and said, “how my card works is none of your business. Your computer system is none of mine, I don’t work here. There’s bigger issues in the world, move on.” And walked away.
  
  Walgreens, you guys need to reevaluate the standards of your employees because this person is notably awful to everyone. It’s quite literally known around this neighborhood to avoid Walgreens when this lady is working as she’s horrid to everyone and has been there forever.
