Touch screen check in seems like a good way to catch some diseases. 0 stars if it were possible.

Walgreens doesn't even deserve 1 star!!! I've shopped there very often! It was the ultimate insult to say no to me to use their washroom! I'm on meds, which effect me. She suggested to use the library's washroom, one minute away! Well, I didn't make it! How embarrassing! I'm not homeless! I'm an accomplished 71 year old woman, and to be treated like nothing, I will never go to any Walgreens! I'm sure she was Latina as am I. Again irrelevant! I'm respectful to everyone as a church going person. I did not look like a vagrant either. Again, all Walgreens are off my list! She may be an assistant manager or manager. I'm passing the experience to all my friends.

Worst pharmacy - cannot get anyone to answer the phone. They are grossly under staffed. Trying to get someone to help you is impossible- trying to get your scripts filled on time is a joke. They are rude, unfriendly and unprofessional

This Walgreens pharmacy is an absolute nightmare. I’ve been standing in line after “online check in” for 20 minutes to grab a quick prescription. Shut it down, hire more people or figure out how to staff correctly. I don’t care which it is. But I will never be back. This is the third time I’ve waited a ridiculous amount of time to pick up a prescription.

This Walgreen's outlet has gone downhill significantly in recent years, especially at the pharmacy, something I've also heard from my significant other and from other customers waiting endlessly in line to pick up their prescriptions. This store's pharmacy almost never gets my orders right; something is amiss every time I go in. I'll be switching stores soon.

Some of the pharmacy employees work hard. Some hardly work. One is very rude as others have noted. A lot of the customers are not very nice and muck up the system making ridiculous demands.

Every time I use this pharmacy it’s a terrible experience, but today was the last straw. You have to check in on a screen that’s incredibly hard to read (major accessibility issues). Elderly customers were even more confused by this system and couldn’t do it without the aid of other customers, because there was no staff member available to assist. Once checked in, I waited well over a half hour to pickup a prescription that was filled days ago, which is a complete joke. I will never be back to this location, and I intend to transfer my prescriptions to a non-Walgreens pharmacy.

Has restrooms, won’t open them to the public. Shoutout to the old grouch who told me to leave.

Terrible pharmacy I’m ready to switch. Not only are some of the pharmacy staff rude and completely unhelpful, they’ve recently introduced an absurd check-in system where you must use a QR code or non-functional automated kiosk to sign into the pharmacy queue. I left there just a few minutes ago without picking up my Rx because: the kiosk didn’t work, the QR code didn’t work, and they refused to just take my name at the counter — literally there is no way to pick it up, and there’s about 15 customers standing around frustrated. Isn’t that freaking insane ?
