This review only reflects one person that is not trained for his job. This is a local Walgreens for me and I come to deposit cash into my card frequently but this older man refused to do the transaction. Perhaps he needs to be trained as to how world evolved and we now use Apple Pay instead of physical cards and apps for cash deposits. He didn’t know what this was so I asked for another assistant to help me with transaction and his response was “I’m the lead one in charge”. How can the lead person be the one that knows the least? Nonetheless he REFUSED to do the transaction and REFUSED to call someone else

Would definitely not be coming here again because of that awful security guard with those atrocious snakes he calls locs on top of his head that is a crime against other respectful locs in the world. I went there this morning, and I couldn’t shop in peace because he kept following me around, and I know I wasn’t crazy because I purposely moved to different aisles, and there he was again, and he kept moving around me until I was at the paying counter before going back to the entrance where he was. I have been coming here for years, and I might not know all the employees names, but I know them by their faces, and while they might not recognize me because of my condition, I always wear a hat and mask, but they are all in the same color and style and always buy the same thing so they should recognize me. Again, I have been shopping here for years. Every week I go to this store at least 2 times a week and today I felt ashamed and was wondering what screamed thief about me that the dude had to follow me around the store. Anyways, I won’t be coming back here. Also most of the staff have attitude problems too but I been able to endure because JewelOsco is 4 minutes further but the was the straw that broke the camel back at least I won’t get followed around the store there. Store is also always not stocked.

Seemingly very limited on medication inventory. However, Yolanda in the Pharmacy is fantastic and concise, taking time to call around to other Walgreens stores to make sure my time-sensitive medication can be filled before leaving!

Made a purchase at 4:45, walked next door to see what hours the business was open and my car was towed by 4:50. Never shopping at Walgreens again. Hope it was worth it...

Not an actual review of Walgreens store itself, just a warning not to park overnight!
I couldn't find any parking, partly due to the Cubs game. I figured I wouldn't be a big deal to park over night and get my vehicle the next morning. The parking lot is always mostly empty. I got towed anyway.
Happy parking hunting!

This review is based on our experience with Ryan Knapp, he is awesome! We came in to get my 2 friends Covid shots and my friend Mitch was trying to straighten out his Mom’s prescription. Ryan overheard Mitch and took great care of the whole situation. He resolved the whole issue and got the prescription switched from CVS to here!Ryan went above and beyond and now I am ready to come to this location because he is a wonderful Pharmacist who really cares!

Leo was a huge help today! He went above and beyond on his break to make sure I could purchase vitamins unavailable at other stores. Put a cape on that man! He saved my day!
