I was having a cigarette next to the store waiting to go it. I was on the sidewalk. Tell your employees they have zero right to tell me to move when I’m on a public sidewalk and Not on store property. Your employees need to know their place

This review is based on our experience with Ryan Knapp, he is awesome! We came in to get my 2 friends Covid shots and my friend Mitch was trying to straighten out his Mom’s prescription. Ryan overheard Mitch and took great care of the whole situation. He resolved the whole issue and got the prescription switched from CVS to here!Ryan went above and beyond and now I am ready to come to this location because he is a wonderful Pharmacist who really cares!

Leo was a huge help today! He went above and beyond on his break to make sure I could purchase vitamins unavailable at other stores. Put a cape on that man! He saved my day!

The pharmacy at this place is awful. Once the prescription is sent you still need to call them to remind them you have a prescription. They are always late and extremely slow. They do not work with patients and do not care about their well being.

I filed a corporate complaint against two unprofessional employees at this location. Jessica who is the assistant manager and Corey who was a cashier. I will be personally seeking that both employees receive termination or disciplinary actions for their rude disgusting behavior in berating me at checkout in front of other paying customers. I recommend doing the same if you encounter the same experience that I had with these two employees.

The cashiers here are genuinely rude and impatient. I would go further down south to different stores. They need to hire better manner people. No customer service at all.

Customer service has went down hill at this location, you can get slightly better service at the Walgreens near the train station. I’m not sure if the cashier ‘Jessica’ has personal issues, issues with different ethnicities, or if she hates her job. But anytime I encounter her I’m met with eye rolling, no eye contact, and childish passive aggressive behavior. I’m 100% sure someone else would be grateful, emotionally mature, and better suited for the position if it’s too much for her to handle. I hope this can be resolved, it’s a very uneasy and uncomfortable.- A paying customer

There is a Latina who works there who regularly harasses me when I go there to makes purchases. Today was the last day I will go there for anything.

This store use to have nice folks working on the floor. I have always dealt with nice people here until this morning. During morning hours they have this women (lots of makeup and fake eyelashes) she is extremely rude. I don’t want you to be over joyed when you see a customer but treat them with respect. Someone like me should not feel a need to prove to you if they are over 21 years for a cold medicine (Qty 1 only used for daytime) as I am a Walgreens rewards member (you should be able to pull my info on your system) but I understand you were lazy enough to do that so you turned me away.

STORE EMPLOYEES VERY RUDE AND FLIPPANT. PHARMACY EMPLOYEES INCOMPETENT. WORST IN THE CITY. PHARMACY GAVE ME INCORRECT PILLS AND DIDN"T VERIFY OR EVEN TELL/ASK ME BEFORE THEY GAVE IT TO ME .NOW I HAVE TO PRAY THAT THEY CAN REVERSE THIS AND MY DOCTOR AND INSURANCE WILL COVER ANOTHER ONE FOR ME. THE CORRECT ONE. CAUSING A LOT OF STRESS AND HASSLE FOR WHAT AND. THIS STORE/PHARMACY DOES NOT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THEIR CONSUMERS. IT NEEDS TO BE DONE CORRECTLY.

store full of people at 1:30 and their cash registers are down. So ridiculous. You’re a neighborhood Walgreens and just lost out ok so many sales the lines were long. Get it together.
