The heavy set blk girl in pharmacy is terrible. She should be in receiving, no customer service skills. People come here not feeling well and you have to deal with someone who doesn't have patience. I wont be back here again ill transfer to CVS Or another Walgreens 😤

I promise this is the worse Walgreens I ever had to encounter especially the pharmacy they are rude and slow it’s always a bad attitude that greets you and they move at their own pace no apologies for having a line back up just rude and nonchalant I hate it here?

Please don’t go there for passport photos at least not on wednesday morning. The passport photo lady that attended to me was extremely rude. When I approached her and said "Good morning," there was no response. I then proceeded to tell her I’m here for a passport photo, and she just said to wait there. I waited until she finished putting some stuff on the shelf, then she came up to me without saying a word. I positioned myself in front of the whiteboard for the passport photo, and she took 2 pictures without showing them to me. She then put them in the computer. My face was not straight in the pictures at all, but when the system asked her to modify them, she pressed no. Normally, they would adjust the picture in the frame, but she decided not to. The system prompted her to ask the customer if they wanted any modifications, but she just said no to everything and asked me to go pay before even giving me the pictures. I went to the cashier to pay, and when she came back, she handed me the pictures without even responding to my thank you. It seems like there is definitely something wrong with her toward me ,because at any given moment i was meab to her. When I looked at the pictures, I was so mad, but honestly, I don’t want to lookas if i’m the problem by asking refund. I just let it go, but it was a very unpleasant situation that I was in with the lady that took my picture. I don’t wish situation to anyone. And mind you, she’s black just like me. And i have to add the laddy that i checkout with was extremely nice. Hopefully, a manager will read this and try to talk to their staff to do better.

I went to pick up my daughter's medicine yesterday and the person at the counter was being so stank to me that she did not give me all of the medicine. My thing is if you can not deal with the public, work from home!! By the way this was on 50th and Cottage Grove.
