This branch was closed down following the pandemic. There's a sign out front that says they are happy to be open & serving the community. THEY SHOULD HAVE STAYED CLOSED. They're always short staffed and the employees obviously do not want to be there. Twice I waited about 15+ minutes for someone to assist me.

Went in a few days ago to Walgreens been going to this Walgreens for about a year a lady that works there named Chevon when I was already having a good day really blew my mood and energy with her toxic attitude and negative behavior and the only thing I was trying to do was put money on my cash app which I successfully did but the lady made me feel like I couldn't afford what I was buying or that all my bills were fake she was very cynical very dramatic and when I confronted her about the situation had a very poor attitude. In closing I never felt more offended or discriminated against by my own kind why I'm a black man and this was a black woman who obviously does not belong in customer service if she can't leave her problems at the door and focus on her job. She made me feel like my feelings were not valid and was very difficult to deal with especially when I'm just shopping...

I'm still trying to figure out how a pharmacy is open and I can't get anyone to pick up the phone. I've been trying for several days now to have a prescription transferred to the 67th and Stoney Island location but I can't get anyone to pickup. I'm going to try another location to see what happens. This says a lot about how the organization is ran. Next call, Corporate. Ridiculous!

I have called this Walgreen 10 times today and have been disconnected all 10 time. I cannot get anyone to answer the phones and can't check the status of my prescription. I stayed on hold for 40 minutes on my 11 attempt trying to get someone, anyone to no avail. This is crazy they have your prescription and you cannot do anything about it???? I guess someone would have to died and they get sued for anyone to react. Walgreen has a new look but the same customer services, or lack there of. They should have upgraded the service as well. I tried calling customer service, but they DO NOT have a customer service department. I eventually go ahold of someone in Human resource at 618-244-9100 who promptly told me "there is nothing I could do for you" I am now trying to get my prescription transferred to CVS, by calling my doctor to retract my prescription from them to be moved to CVS.

Hello this review is for the pharmacy staff only as I was only there to obtain a vaccination which was by appointment.The pharmacist and staff were very nice helpful and efficient. It was a pleasant experience.

I’m sorry but I gave this Walgreens chance after chance every time I go there they photo department is always down it’s something always wrong with the printer I don’t understand why Walgreens won’t fix this problem but they lose me as a customer

Avoid this Walgreens Pharmacy if at all possible! Scheduled a Covid booster shot. Filled out the online information as requested. Arrived 15 minutes before appointment at 2:30 p.m. as requested. At 3:00 p.m. they hadn't even printed out the required info yet, indicated only one person could do it who was busy, AND I would have to fill out the forms since they don't have access to the online info!!! Not having hours to wait, I left!.
