I called to check in on a couple of prescriptions of mine and Janiya was so helpful and kind. My insurance plan info needed to be updated and she was patient with me while trying to give her the details needed to ensure my prescriptions were covered. I truly appreciate this since we all know how busy they can be and in my experience at different pharmacies, the same kindness isn't always practiced. We need more Janiyas

After a few years of great service, their commitment to great service is still just great. When I think about a refill someone calls me on the phone. Gabby and the other techs are fabulous. Although like any place, sometimes things get confused and sometimes things don't get through to the doctor. Doctor but that's more the fault of the clinic than it is of the pharmacy because they will do everything they can to try to make things easy and right for you
It's my favorite pharmacy in the city. I just wish that they would put in automatic renewal requests to the doctors when prescriptions run out but that's due to the insurance and the state regulations.

This Walgreens pharmacy is by far the best Walgreens pharmacy I've ever delt with. They always answer the phone, are quick to fill my prescriptions, and very professional!

Unhelpful, and potential liars?Went in person and the woman behind the counter was unhelpful and very apathetic-looking. Didn’t have my script, looked at me like I was from another planet.Talked directly to the person at Howard brown on Halsted that said my script was sent over at 3:45. This person was the doctor.Clark street said thy didn’t have it at again at 6:58. I said really? It was sent at 3:45.And then ‘oh! It was just sent over. Do you want to wait for us to fill it?’Will probably pick my scripts up at a different location to avoid the people at Clark.

This is the best Walgreens. The staff here always works so hard to help me fill my life saving medications. They go above and beyond solving insurance issues and making sure I get my medicine. The staff here is very hard working and always very professional.

I would not use this Pharmacy unless you are a Howard Brown patient. Howard Brown patients are always prioritized over any non Howard Brown patients, regardless of how long the non-Howard Brown patients have been waiting for their medication. I would not call this a Walgreens pharmacy so much as Howard Brown’s pharmacy due to this partnership.
