Terribly managed place. Prescriptions are always late. Employees seem unconcerned, confused, and unqualified.

No public bathroom. I have been to a lot of Walgreens that was a first.

Pretty solid corner store, has the essentials and what you're looking for. One of the staff members purposefully triggered the loss protection alarm as I was leaving to scare me because I walked out without buying anything - kind of a j*** move.

Walked into a nice, clean facility with 2 good looking gentlemen helping customers at the counter - great start; had an issue with photos and the manager (dianetta - SUCH a sweetheart) made sure I was taken care of with a smile with some very awesome festive gear on. DIANETTA - THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP TONIGHT AND DOING IT WITH A SMILE, SOME FLARE, AND LOTS OF LOVE. YOU ARE APPRECIATED! Also shout out to the guys at the front - one worker ran after and caught a shop lifter in action!! STANDING O! Keep up the good work - you are appreciated! :)

Ordered Ubereats as convenience since I’m sick and unable to get out of bed for much and needed a few things from Walgreens.Get contacted by the driver that the completely untrained or just plain poorly trained staff have no idea what he’s talking about. And essentially left him to grab the order himself. And also pay for it with his own card!I asked to talk with the manager. Even the MANAGER had NO IDEA that this was a service they are signed up for.JENNIFER blamed corporate saying “The stores aren’t the ones who sign themselves up for those services you can call corporate.”And essentially laughed off my complaint saying “you can mention or call me all the names you want it doesn’t matter”Which leads me to believe that corporate really doesn’t do anything to support their stores. But if Jen, Jenny, Jennifer was a good employee she could’ve offered to comp it and do some research and maybe then she wouldn’t have to become reactive, dismissive; and sarcastic and could actually be a proactive leader. Do yourselves a favor Walgreens find all your variations of Jennifer and give them mandatory retraining in how to speak to customers. Especially ones who literally tell them in so many words. Sorry you have Covid. But don’t care enough about the situation to actually try and help someoneWish you the best Jenn. Hopefully you can rest assured that a wonderful Uber driver did what you couldn’t be bothered to even try and got me my order at no charge due to your untrained lazy reaction.

So friendly! The only store I've experienced so far in Chicago where every employee you pass says hello. Every time! Very refreshing, doesn't go unnoticed.

The worst! While waiting to check out, the clerk had his mask under his nose. The two men in front of me wore no masks. I told him I wanted to stay far back while I checked out. He said he had cancer two months ago and I was offending him. I said I didn’t care, he should cover his nose with his mask. I then called the manager who said he would talk to the employee, but could not discriminate against customers who choose not to wear a mask. I don’t know if this is Walgreen’s policy overall, or just this location. I won’t be back.

Friend has a medical problem and during covid nothing was open. The person on duty on June 13th 2020 at 8:40 PM would not let her use the restroom. Ignorant people. We thought a place with a pharmacy would understand.

In reality, this is essentially a convenient store that is branded Walgreens. They don't have a dispensing pharmacy which is a huge bummer. You'd think there would be a demand for a dispensing pharmacy with the growing number of residents and corporate offices in West Loop/Fulton Market. It's still useful though as a "convenient store" as we've found it useful whenever we needed to make a quick run to get items like Tylenol, dish soap, etc.

Even though there is no pharmacy I have returned many times for various items as well as to pick up printed photos and it's been pretty helpful. The people that work there are really nice as well.
