Rude and incompetent employees. Terrible at their jobs and customer service. Save yourself a nightmare and go down the street to another pharmacy

I will give them two stars simply for having inexpensive Chicago tees and hoodies. The store is clean. The customer service is bad. It's pretty amazing that someone can treat you like you're stupid while barely speaking to you... Not impressed. Put it this way - I'll go back if I'm in the area again, but I'm gonna walk in with an attitude right off the bat and I hate that. Ugh.

Nice selection of the bare essentials. Sometimes street musicians play in front.

Just bought some things. Forgot something and has to run back and get it... I asked an employee at the counter if it was ok and she said yes. Ran and got it and came back to the line. The employee then started chatting me up (I had to enter my zip code for points) about my zip code and where I loved. She was super nice and I'm excited for her, as she's going to be moving to the east coast soon after school. It was cool! She's great! Also, I come here all the time when I'm in town and it's decent and always has what I need

This is by far one of my favorite Walgreens of all time. But if you could please do me a favor and start carrying Guinness (four packs are fine you don’t need to have 12 packs). If this isn’t possible I would like to suggest at least for the winter because that’s all I drink in the winter. Also, you’re almost out of the mint Kit Kats, probably because they’re so delicious.

i would suggest avoiding this location if you are in anything resembling a rush -- who isn't these days. it becomes apparent whilst walking around trying to find something/anything that there are, at most, two staff working at most at any given time. this time i got stuck with the robot woman checker who obtusely clamored around begging for my Walgreens card number while glacially examining each item thoroughly (think, SNL target lady). as she was processing my wares, the line started wrapping around the aisles. this situation is not new or uncommon. i stan walgreens, but not this location. the tourists are rude and rampant at this location, especially if it is raining. also the bucket boys are always out front loudly dispelling the belief that humans need eardrums. but if you need a chicago mug with the bean on it, this place might be your best bet!

The employee that I interacted with was nice and helped me out find an item I was looking for!

Like other reviews I have to say, the staff is young & ignorant. Maybe it’s the night shift ones. Make rude comments. Racially profile customers & yes the black staff does it. Don’t be suprised if “customer service” is needed at the aisle & nobody arrives to help. The main pros are that the store is clean, organized & open till midnight. Won’t be coming back. The 7/11 a block away has better night staff.

David was welcoming, patient, and guest oriented. He enhanced our experience here in Chicago just by being a genuine and warm individual. Thank you...
