Today I visited this Walgreens during my lunch break in the hopes of getting my passport picture taken. I stepped into an empty line in front of the photo kiosk and Deandre an employee was standing there on his cellphone refusing to acknowledge my presence. Six minutes went by and some other employee assisted me. She must have been a manager. After my photo was taken I requested that a digital copy of my photo be sent to my email so that I could complete my online passport renewal application. They told me Walgreens doesn’t offer that. However, the Walgreens website clearly states they do and I had checked prior to walking to Walgreens. Horrible customer service !!!

I wrnt in on Tuesday for the senior discount and was told by the clerk that checked me out that the senior discount is only on the first Tuesday of the month, I was so disappointed, I thought the discount was available every Tuesday, management needs to change that policy, I DON'T LIKE THAT, if I had received the discount, I would've have spent more money, so I went to Target instead, and I didn't like how the clerk took satisfaction in telling me ( with a smirk on her face 😡) that the senior discount is only on the 1st Tuesday of every month, I'm a regular shopper at your store, she should've accommodate me more, I didn't make a fuss about it because I was running late for work.

Extremely ghetto store. The security guard was racist. She told me there wasn’t a bathroom but told the guy behind me that there was. Overall a dump in general.

Terrible costumer service from deandre messed up on the number once and was giving me attitude saying “surprised you didn’t get it right the first time”like what ? i just missed clicked. after that he was just mumbling stuff out of his mouth, and was harshly scanning all the items. He gave me the wrong change and i showed him on the receipt and he rolled his eyes at me and threw the money on the counter and gave me my change on my hand all rude, acting like it’s my fault he doesn’t know how to count money he wasn’t even a couple change off he was dollars off. than said “i just want my break” it’s not my fault you are in a bad mood because they don’t want to give you your break. i should but be dealing with this attitude that i did NOT cause. he does not have any respect it is not my fault you are having a bad take he needs to stop taking it out on customers.

Disgusting employees without future. Employees whine at customer for the job they were assigned to do: "scan the damn barcode". If you can't even get good at such a low-skill jobs, there are no future for you.

Welcome to an urban junk food and liquor emporium oasis in the heart of the loop. Aisles upon aisles of doritos, mixers, and various corn syrup / hydrogenated fat items are conveniently located on the first floor. This is the perfect configuration to attract vagrants, and to give those who work in the loop a much needed 20 minute break to wonder the aisles, confused, and searching for the tampons and cold medicine… which are all on the second floor. Walgreen’s refuses to allow anything to be a quick 5 minute trip. After all, if you wanted convenience (or accessibility or the best pricing), you’d shop at Amazon!

I really love shopping at this Walgreens it just something about this place that makes it so special I've been going to it for years change a little but it still the same Walgreens I come to love. clean friendly service and very secure. Stock well
I highly recommend this place that been around before I was born.

Disgusting employee! My boyfriend bought nicotine product and required my ID as well as his, even though product was not for me. She said it was store policy so I offered to leave the store and she said I had to stay inside. Then she said I was threatening her after no harmful statements made, then denied my boyfriend’s purchase. Please fire her, she should not be representing Walgreens. She is a short African American older woman with shorter curly hair.

I just go there again and again just because of a service provider called Cynthia. All the service provider should be like her. Helpful, hospitality and patience.

walgreens closed multiple locations downtown and this is what's left. i have never had my phone call answered at this pharmacy - the phone rings for several minutes and then hangs up. this company has no compunction about totally abandoning patients who rely on them. really shameful
