walgreens closed multiple locations downtown and this is what's left. i have never had my phone call answered at this pharmacy - the phone rings for several minutes and then hangs up. this company has no compunction about totally abandoning patients who rely on them. really shameful

They overcharge customers, the sale price doesn't ring up at the register, I won't be returning

Wow, kuhrazy that I reviewed this exact Walgreens NINE years ago. I thought I was cool now, but turns out I've been cool this whole time! I found myself on State & Lake to reminisce the days I used to take the El here, & show my mother the Chicago theatre. Then... I noticed this Walgreens. I was like "MOM, I used to be there until midnight hanging out in the makeup section!" This did not horrify my mother at all. . . Why do none of the Walgreens locations in any other city I've visited have a second floor devoted to beauty & souvenirs?! Before u hit up a Chicago souvenir shop, come here or any of the Walgreens locations in the Loop or Near North neighborhoods bc the items are much more affordable: shirts, hoodies, baseball caps, magnets, mugs, cups, shot glasses, bags/wallets, etc. The escalator up to the top floor brings you to souvenirs, pain management/vitamins/flu remedies/etc, & beauty. They have the No.7 brand which is an incredible brand I found (in this very Walgreens!!!) that has long-lasting lip colour, excellent face care & moisturizers, & more. They also have an aisle of NYX which has long-lasting lip colour as well & a variety of face make-up. What I love most about Walgreens is their sales. The items I purchased were all $4-6 off. I think you have to register with your phone number to get the discount but registering is very simple. Can't believe I was here nine years ago. Time flies, but Walgreens is eternal... ALSO. I FOUND THREE VARIETIES OF VEGAN ICE CREAM BY BEN & JERRY's...!!!!!!!!! Hallelujah!

Got my updated COVID-19 booster here. The line was not long and the nurse was super nice. Though news said at that time many pharmacies were undergoing issues with insurance providers because the new booster had not been entered into their system yet, at this Walgreens I did not come with trouble and got all set very quickly. A very satisfactory appointment and the location was also easy to reach!

They always get you in and out quickly. 2 floors of stuff. It's pretty cool... nice views of downtown Chicago.

Clinic opens at 9am. I got there 8:30 and I left 9:15am and still they not open. I was woozy so I needed a clinician. Urgent is not urgent with whoever they got running the place. I saw a guy come in around 8:44am on his bicycle and workout gear.. he went in and still didn’t open the place.

Check out the line. 3 staff behind the counter but only 1 available to service customers. Love capitalism in healthcare. Not only do you pay Walgreens premium profits you are made to wait for 30 minutes to pay Walgreens their huge margin profits

Very cool digital beverage screen doors show what they have and grayed out if it's sold out.

I just ordered a product from Walgreens.com. Within one minute I started receiving email after email. Over 400 showed up within five minutes and are still coming. when I contacted Walgreens, they did not seem to care. Beware of this company's website. They definitely have a data breach.

Absolutely incredible. The staff at my hotel said "Go to Walgreens" when I asked about groceries. As a foreigner, I thought Walgreens was just a chemist, but wow was I wrong. This place has *everything* you could want - it's a gift for the clueless tourist!

Horrible experience. I had an appointment at the Advocate clinic at Walgreens. They sent me a confirmation email in the afternoon and I clicked the link to get signed in early online. Then I got there 15 minutes early and had to sign in at the kiosk again. After waiting 30 minutes I realized no one was even there. I ask the pharmacy and they were barely helpful, saying they didn't have anything to do with the clinic. Finally after asking several times and being told incorrectly that I must have been late, the pharmacist finally decided to help me and gave me a number to call (because the one listed on the door is no longer operational). I called the number and found out the clinic closed early because they couldn't find a worker to operate the clinic and my appointment was canceled even though they emailed me a confirmation and the system let me sign in. So huge waste of my time. I'd say this clinic is not ready for prime time. I feel zero confidence in their professionalism and the quality of the workers if they just don't show up for work like it's a Taco Bell or Dollar Tree. I'll never go back.

Great and easy experience getting vaccines for travel here! Appointment made online ahead of time, waited 5 minutes max, and all vaccines were available!

walgreens at 6365 Lewis drive in Parkville, MO have terrible customer service at the pharmacy and get the wrong prescriptions, as well as lose orders and left me without medication. incompetent.

One of the largest and nicest Walgreens I've seen. Not a fan of the refrigerator doors being screens so you can't see what's in them as easily.
