I would give 0 star if I could. The lady at the Fedex drop-off desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I told her what she said was different from the website description and her answer was 'I don't care'.

I was hesitant to go to this pharmacy because of the reviews but my experience was good. The women in the pharmacy were working their butts off, intelligent and kind. My new pharmacy!

Do not go to this Walgreens if you need to pick up at the pharmacy. Avoid it like the plague. There are two staff members who are always rude, mean, and incompetent -- and ALWAYS the ones I have to talk to. I was once SCREAMED at like a child in front of 10 people when I asked a simple clarifying question about my medication. Today was the final straw -- I am on a medication that I need to take every day, no exceptions. I called ahead on a Wednesday when I saw I was running low to ensure they received the script from my doctor, which he had sent in 2 days prior. They said they had to order the medication, and it wouldn't be ready until Friday. Went in on Friday, they said they still needed to order it and it would be ready by Monday. At that point, I would have been 4 days off my medication, which is unacceptable. I took a deep breath and just said it was all I could do for now. Called a final time today, Monday, I am now feeling the effects of not taking my meds. The woman who picked up said they needed to order it still. At this point, I am furious and said (calmly) -- "I have called 3 times in the past week, and every time someone claims they need to order this medication. Clearly no one is ordering it. I have been off my meds for 4 days and --" at this point, the pharmacist hangs up on me without a word. I shouldn't have been surprised, as she had an attitude with me the second she answered the phone. I wish I got her name. I will never be stepping foot into this Walgreens ever again. Just a blatant disregard for the wellbeing of customers and consistently a horrible experience. Shame on them.

Pharmacy employees were quick and helpful. They do have a dinner break (6:45-7:15pm I believe) so don’t come in during that time.

Idk, if you got a lotta product shrink, this seems like a great idea. Lots of modern tech to speed things up. I think it’s actually pretty effective and efficient. No I don’t think anyone is excessively nice, but it’s a Walgreens.

The management was rude and unprofessional. She act like she don't want to give me the sale price and she still overcharged me for another product. She was more worried about talking to the male she was given attention to then the customer. Which I was the only one.

Tried to switch over my prescription from CVS to here as it was closer to my apartment, but Walgreens made it very difficult to do so. Their pharm techs here are uncooperative, unhelpful, and do not really want to help you at all especially in regards of transferring insurance information. I ended up keeping my account at CVS.
