How is it possible that this pharmacy is not open before people go to work and after they get home? 10-6 is not feasible for most 9-5ers. I’ve been without blood pressure meds because the hours offered are terrible.

I was in the store when ANDREW racially profiled an African American woman shopping. He was rude and racist and needs to be fired immediately.

I had an awful experience with the store manager, Andrew, who racially profiled me simply because l'm Black. He accused me of stealing with no proof, following me around the store, and even called me a criminal in front of other customers and his employees. It was humiliating and completely unjustified. No black person should be treated like this just because of their race.

I wish i could give a zero manager Andrew has terrible customer service he was so rude and i felt like he racially profiled me while i was there and from what i have seen on the internet this isn’t the first time he has done something like this i will never be coming back

Disgustingly vile bathrooms. Replace the fecal stained toilet seat that’s barely hanging on in the family restroom. The rest of the store has a great selection. Perfect for an array of travel needs.

Very complete and well located but the prices are much more expensive than other Walgreens.
But the place in general is very well resolved.

VERY understaffed. I spent more than one hour (5:45pm-7:00pm) just trying to get some pictures printed. I had to ask 3 different people 5 different times. I eventually figured it would out myself. I had to wait another time because I didn’t get all my prints. Manny was nice and helped as much as she could but she was doing 10 jobs at once because of how understaffed the place is. She also asked for assistance through her walky-talky so many times and no one came.

Horrible customer service.
I was forced to transfer my prescriptions here for insurance reasons.
I had to be out of state the next day so i wanted to solve the transfer same day.
I had the phone hung up on me 5 times (literally, I counted) until I could actually could speak to a human in the pharmacy.
After that, I was told I needed to wait several hours until the prescriptions were ready. I was repeated this ETA during two different phone calls.
Since I needed to travel later that day & one of the meds was an urgent refill, I literally just waited around outside their pharmacy for 3 hours.
When I came in at the hour i was given, I was told it would be another 45 minutes. When I brought up I've already been waiting around multiple hours, I was rudely dismissed.
As I'm writting this, im still stuck in the Walgreens, yet again, still waiting for the prescriptions so I can leave for travel.

Could not ever get a hold of a pharmacist (hung up on when phone was answered), my prescriptions would never be ready when promised/the pharmacy could never refill my dogs prescription without issues (despite him having a prescription there for years), and wait times and customer service in-store were infuriating. Moved everything to nearby CVS and haven’t looked back.

Keona at the register is very rude and gives attitude to customers for no reason. Allowing this type of behavior to occur for various reasons, is the downfall of American workplace and society. Do better.
