If I could give this store -5 stars I would! Quite honestly the worst drug store experience ever. Terrible service. Such a stain on the Brand name. I will physically go out of my way NOT TO GO HERE!

I rarely write reviews. Typically when the service is out-of-this-world good, or, in this case, so terrible it needs to be documented.
The pharmacy here is first and foremost impressively rude. They'll hang up on you, refuse to answer simple "in stock" questions other Walgreens answer without hesitation, and otherwise make any normal experience time consuming and miserable. They'll refuse service over the phone, delete submitted prescriptions from their system, and otherwise do everything they can to put up road blocks.
You'll get different answers from different techs and different answers from different pharmacists. They'll invent rules and enforce them without notice. They'll change your prescriptions between name brand and generic without notice to you or your prescriber.
This is a pharmacy full of those who are otherwise unemployable and their 1 star does a disservice to all other Walgreens. They deserve a 0, because they have earned it - repeatedly.

Normally have a bad experience with pharmacies but they always have my medication on time. The consultant on duty was helpful to my fiancee who is expecting on which allergy medicine she should take and stay away from.

They need to close this location. It's impossible to buy anything and impossible to get anyone that works here to get a manager or do anything but slack off. Came in a day after my photos were done and the staff said he was about to throw them out but when I came in immediately when they were due the staff told me they wouldn't be done because I came in right away. Refused to help or get a manager even when it was dead and kept telling me the machine was probably broken before going to a coworker to talk about their weekend plans. Took the manager two seconds to get the order printed. At the same time another person was waiting for an order pick up and no one would help her and she was flat out told there was no manager on duty.

Incredibly kind and patient man helped take passport pictures for my 3 kids. He did it with a smile on his face and the utmost patience considering how difficult it is to get kids to sit perfectly still I truly commend his efforts. So kind and made the process of getting passports that much easier.

Just came to the Walgreens pharmacy to find out how to refill a prescription. To be clear, the pharmacy tech Rheyce was very nice and provided such thoughtful and great customer service.
This review is for the “manager” or pharmacist — not sure which role he plays but the person was not nice, and unnecessarily hostile and treated me and other customers as if we worked for him, “go wait over there until you’re called” — seriously, FedEx and UPS workers are a lot nicer.
Don’t expect good service from the pharmacist.

If you make an appointment for vaccinations, know that you won't be seen at your scheduled time. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes. From there, though, they're quick and efficient.

Scheduled a PCR test through the website, only Walgreens available for it. Waited 30 minutes only for them to call me (while I’m sitting 10 feet away, pharmacist refused to make eye contact with me) and tell me they don’t offer it. What a waste of time

This place literally has the worst customer service.
Every time I have placed a photo order they do not have it ready or their machine is broken. Saying that the system sends “automatic” emails when the order is ready (which never happens to me at other locations).
Staff is rude, girl is literally eating chips while talking to me telling me she doesn’t have an order for me. Then someone decides to actually help and their solution is “printer broke”. Just save yourself the time and don’t bother with this Walgreens. There are many others.

Many of the stores, including Harlem and Foster close before the registered closing time. There is no manager or someone to supervise and they close 30 minutes before published closing time. Be cautious when you go there.
