Switched over to Amazon pharmacy for regular meds but still need to use this for acute situations. Bad communication from pharmacy. Scripts take forever to get filled and are not communicated about when ready. Probably switching over to a different local pharmacy for emergencies.

Capital One checking deposits can be made at Walgreens or Cvs. I never have an issue at CVS, however this Walgreens locations limits the deposit amount, which is not the Capital One limit. Workers have extremely nasty attitudes, even after advising I make deposits often, still refused to accept my cash deposit. I will go to CVS from now on, this was the only reason for me going to Walgreens in years. So long.

Came in here on Christmas today to buy gift cards and tissue. I paid for my gift cards with my debit card and my tissue with cash. Handed the cashier a 20$ and my total came out to 8$ and some change. Cashier handed me back 6$. Bottom line they stealing. Make sure you check your receipt twice and count your change cause they hiring thieves atp. Then they had the nerve to have a slight attitude when I corrected the mistake. Don’t trust the people ringing you up

Marisol and Diana horrible employees needs to be retrain on customer service! Marisol should not be anyone’s manager, lacks leadership and customer service! I would not return to this store, even though this is my neighborhood store. Terrible Store to in the community.

The staff is really rude . I walk into your store to purchase some items today too young ladies were standing at the cashier across from each other, having a personal conversation. Neither employees spoke or said welcome to Walgreens as I proceeded to walk in the back to get my thing I heard her over, say something which prompt me to turn around to give her a look like I was stealing in something . I did not care to hear their personal conversation about another customer, and one young lady in the blue was telling the other young lady about a client who came in who told her that she needs to watch when she said that those people it was just an inappropriate conversation that happening outside of them being very rude. I also made a purchase of soda is a sign at three for six dollars. I proceeded to the counter to purchase the items. The young lady in the blue proceeded to tell me this ain’t my position I’m not dealing with this call the manager whoever the general manager is in this location, you really need to have a serious talk to these individuals not everyone to walk into this Walgreens are below partly some of us in the Beverly community are quite quite financially stable and to be treated like this I will drive all the way to 111th and Kezie or 103rd and western before I use this location ever again. This is my final time you hire very rude employees who really don’t care all they want to do is throw braids around all day.

The customer service here is very poor. I had trouble filling one of my medications for an unknown reason . I called to find out why , the lady said they were having trouble with the computer “ moving slow “ she told me she would call me back never did . I’m now trying to call them and all they’re doing is picking up the phone and hanging it back up it’s now been 40 minutes on hold. With them picking and hanging up . I understand it might be busy but this is ridiculous.

The staff are so rude. I called to check the status of my prescription and was treated like trash by the young rude lady that picked up the phone.i asked for a manager, and she was no help. I’m telling her the issue, she in return puts the phone down and tells the young lady “oh he calling corporate on you” followed by a laugh. Then tells me “dont worry I’ll take care of it”. Walgreens really need to revamp this pharmacy as a whole, and I will still be reporting this encounter to corporate

Drove 45 minutes to pick up my prescription after verifying it was ready on the phone, just for them to say it’s not in stock when i got there. Called again to tell them i haven’t had my inhaler for a few days and was waiting for it to be ready, then suddenly it was in stock and ready. Why lie?

If there is a more abysmal pharmacy in this country than this Walgreens, I would be shocked. My employer's insurance forces us to use Walgreens, which is the only reason I do and this particular store would be very convenient in terms of location but I just had my final negative experience at this pharmacy and will have to switch to a different location. If I could get away from Walgreens entirely I would. My previous insurance actually forced CVS, and while I didn't exactly love their pharmacy I would do anything to be able to switch back. I never had close to the kind of negative experiences there that I have at this Walgreens nearly every time. There is almost always an unreasonably long wait. Average wait time here is longer than the longest I ever waited at CVS. I'm talking about just picking up prescriptions that are already filled, not waiting for them to be filled. There has been an acceptable number of times they've failed to complete orders for various reasons such as claiming the doctor never sent the prescription (this has happened essentially every time I had a new prescription sent here), to failing to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Today I went to find they still had not filled a prescription that was sent to them yesterday morning. When I went there five hours after it had been sent to them yesterday and they had not filled it yet they told me it would be done today. So now I return approximate 30 hours after the scrip order was sent and they still haven't filled it. They said it won't be filled until Monday and no one ever notified me about it. They claimed I wasn't notified because I'm not in their notification system but that's an obvious lie because I receive a frustratingly obnoxious amount of notifications from them when a scrip is ready or even when it's due to be refilled. It's a 5 day prescription that I have a follow up appointment for on Tuesday, so i'll have to go after not having been given the treatment.
