Worst pharmacy! Cheryl, the pharmacist refused to fill pain medication after I just had a major surgery. There was a misunderstanding and when I tried to tell her she gave nothing but attitude. She was even rude to the surgeon who called her to clear things up! In the end, she refused to fill it. Absolutely shameful! Went to CVS and got it filled right away.

I went to Walgreens for prescriptions after leaving hospital after major surgery. Walgreens does not have anything in stock. It is horrible! I cancelled the pain medication and told them not to order it. What good is it going to do me 5 days later? Calcium- the surgeon wanted me on a specific one right away- one of my parathyroids might not be working after surgery. No luck! Walgreens did not have it and would not have it for few days. This could have put me back in the hospital. I am afraid that if you really needed that pain medication and or other medication there is about a 20% chance that they will have it and will be able to fill your prescription that you need as soon as possible from surgery just performed. I usually love Walgreens, the pharmacist is knowledgeable but medication availability is very poor.

What a JOKE. Walgreens photo. I ordered 184 pictures from my recent road trip. We stopped in 3 states on the way to Florida and then 3 states on the way back. Tons of nature photos and landscapes and they don't even print them in order. So I'm supposed to figure out what picture came from what state? Wtf.

I was initially called in regards to some vaccines that had not been updated by Sean of the 111th & Kedzie Loc, where he did a really good job at me the customer aware of some needed information, as well as options. But the grand slam was with Cheryl ( the Pharmacist) who displayed very outstanding & friendly customer service, as she gave me the necessary information, went above & beyond to ensure that I was able to get the most affordable price, as well as she provided a tender touch while administering the vaccination itself.
Thank you Cheryl, you did great job!

I called and was told my prescription was ready and it wasn’t. I came back the next day and waited in line for 40 minutes in the drive thru for my prescription. Go anywhere else but here.

You never have to look for one of the workers in the aisle. One worker Chrissy is very helpful she always helps me find the products I need. Chrissy also went on her cell phone to help me find products I need. The shelves are always stocked and the floors clean. The pharmacy here also has good service.

Went into this store this morning and realized I was being watched. Went to another section to look for something else. I spoke up, and asked if it's customary to be followed around the store. I had a bag of artisan bread in my hand. Thinking this could be the reason. As soon as the security/ "cpd" officer opened her mouth I knew. She stated she was following someone else. And then began to insult the lady she claimed to be following around. I was so disgusted that I could not willingly give my money to this location.

History: Used to be a huge diner at this location. Then they tore it down and built Walgreens I. This is the rebuild (Walgreens II). Big store but very drab. Slow staff. Large parking lot.

1. PLENTY OF PARKING2. EMPTY STORE ON A SATURDAY AT 11:00AM.3. LOTS OF PRODUCT IN STORE.4. FOUR ⭐️ BECAUSE THE PHARMACIST DID A RUSH JOB ON MY PRESCRIPTION WHICH I EXTREMELY APPRECIATED VERY MUCH5. ONE STAR ⭐️ OFF BECAUSE THE CASHIER NEEDS TO HAVE MORE OF IDEA ON HOW TO SERVICE THE CUSTOMER WITHOUT ME SAYING AS SUCH.
