I received 2 phone calls, a text message, and email stating my order was ready only to wait at the drive thru window for 10 mins after waiting for 15 mins after two cars (I couldn’t bag out or go around bc it was cats in front and behind me). I only came to this one bc I was on my way home. First and LAST time. I’m going back to the one in Calumet Park. I would’ve been there and back home by now.

Pharmacy staff is very rude and they hang up on you when you’re in the middle of asking a question. do not go here for prescription pick ups.

Advice, how about they never answered the phone? Every time you call the pharmacy, they pick it up hanging up. Pick it up hanging up, pick it up hanging up and then you get a message. Oh, I'm sorry, but we're having difficulties. Call back later after being on the phone For thirty minutes

I wish I could give them zero stars. I was on hold for at least 20 min then they answered, put me on hold again then told me they don’t know why my insurance is not showing up and to hold on again. After another 15 min of holding on the hung up the phone on me. Smh.

Store advertises they close at 8. I arrived there yesterday at 7:45 the doors were locked and the security guard said they’re closed. Today I get there at 7:30 and the doors were locked with the same security gaurd saying they are closed. This is the only Walgreens in our area. They close pretty early already and to get there and the doors are locked 30 mins before closing time is unacceptable!!

Prepare to wait at least 30 min at the drive thru pharmacy. That is their biggest downfall, wait time, you’ll run outta gas messing with them! No exaggeration

No matter what time of the.day the pharmacy keeps you on hold for nearly 30 minutes and then get disconnected and when coming to the store to pick up a prescription most times it's not ready even though they confirmed it would be ready. Get more help or better help

Absolute the WORST!!! The pharmacy cancel prescriptions without notice even when you have time to pick it up then tell you they don’t know why it was why it was cancelled . Then they don’t answer calls they put you on hold constantly waiting for you to hang up I been waiting over 30mins and they keep putting back on hold without even talking to me. They need training or to be shut down!!!

One of the worst walgreens location Ive EVER been to. Let me be clear its the PHARMACY, horrible, it takes them days to fill your prescription, they always saying the drive thru is closed down due to staffing issues. Always an excuse to provide horrible service. Oh mah I add, unprofessional staff. They really need to do something about it.

Have been attempting to get a hold of the pharmacy for over an hour, each time get put on hold and then disconnected. Major barrier that's delaying patient care. How disappointing.
