This place is rude lazy and unprofessional they made me wait 3 hrs for my pain medication never called so I went to the store hoping they can get my prescription for me quickly since I’m bleeding and in pain and the staff just laughed and said well u have to wait u have 90 ppl ahead of me when I’m the only one there to pick up my prescription then had the nerve to say oh you can go to a different location if you don’t want to keep waiting after 3 hrs I hate this place don’t get your medicine from here unprofessional

Horrible. Photos stated they were all ready. Came for pick up. Poster boards weren't ready. Was told photo lady went on break and to come back in 30 mins. Waited. Came back. Young man very nice called her to front. He walked off. She still didn't come. 15 mins later he comes back apologizing. And went to see what was going on. She never came but she said photos were ready. He came back and said they don't make poster boards. Go all the way to Cicero and get it done. And I'm on Ashland. So it was very much an inconvenience. I asked can they just call and switch the order over there. Was told no. I'd have to cancel my order and do it myself. So yes. Never a 95th photo. Took 1 hr extra to not get my photos after already waiting for them. Very unprofessional. Ok boy gave a 2 because the young man

If I was able to rank this place lower than one star I would. Especially, the pharmacy department is terrible. They are slow, maintain lack of knowledge regarding the policy and procedures on how to work the system, work appearance needs help. The young lady that finally assisted me had GREEN hair ( how professional is that) and EVERY question she was asked she had to ask someone else. The line was formed down the aisle and one person working the counter and the other filling the shelves. Ridiculous. I will drive out of my way before I subject myself back at this place. If it closes down, this place will not be missed.

I always have a problem getting my prescription, I got a prescription sent here yesterday from my daughter and walgreens kept telling me they didn't have it. Her doctor said she sent it so I dont understand how yall don't have a prescription in yall system when it was sent 24 hours ago. I had to call my childs doctors office and have them send it to CVS because I'm always having a problem with this location. I'm done with walgreens.

OMGoodness!
I couldn't believe what I was actually experiencing. They were literally laughing at the fact that the Ventura receipt machine wasn't working because they didn't have any paper so I could not put any money in my card and the cashiers found it amusing. I wasn't such disbelief because now how was I supposed to get home? They didn't know the codes to get into the machine to basically make the transaction and they found it humorous it was two of them the manager and the cashier. And I was thinking to myself this isn't funny how am I supposed to get home now. This place is disorganized and for them to laugh at my face thinking it was humorous that the machine wasn't working or that they didn't know the codes to get into the machine to make this transaction was very disappointed to me. And then they have the audacity to say have a good day? How? If my means of transportation is the CTA and I had to walk a few blocks to be able to put some money in my Ventra card. This Walgreens on 95th and Ashland is a very big disappointment. They need to be trained with better customer service skills and have some type of empathy.

I hate going to this Walgreens. In stock inventory is always inaccurate. Parking lot is full of potholes. Someone is always outside begging. Avoid

I don't know where they find these young people to work for them. They're collecting a paycheck but don't know a damn thing about what they're doing. Perhaps washing cars or flipping burgers may suit them better.
I needed the pharmacist to help me out with a very simple request. SMDH at the incompetent staff.

You know, there was a time when I genuinely looked forward to visiting this pharmacy. The way they treated their customers set them apart from the others, and I was happy to recommend them to my friends and family. But lately, it's been a different story. Dealing with false delayed prescriptions calls and waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, only to be abruptly disconnected, has been incredibly frustrating. It's like the quality of service took a nosedive, and it's become my worst pharmacy experience yet. I think it's time to start looking for a new pharmacy for us in the future.
