The worst place, the people are unprofessional, I think the pharmacists should be fired. The first time I was told you would have to wait 30 minutes, I asked if I could come in a few hours, I was told I could. When I came the second time, they told me it was closed. If I could give 0, I would give 0.

Worth adding to the terrible reviews because this pharmacy is such an unorganized mess - every single time. And the people working are almost always stressed and rude. I probably would be too if I had to work with so much chaos surrounding me. I only go here because my insurance stopped allowing us to go to CVS (which is amazing). The only saving grace is there’s a drive-thru so I don’t have to go in and get immediately anxious by the mess behind the counter…but if there’s a line at the drive-thru be prepared to waaaiiiitttt. They also hang up on you when you call.

Out of towner here, I was in Chicago to bring a friend for her invitro procedure. Afterwards we parked in Walgreens to grab a cake at Portillos that I pre ordered, came out as my vehicle was getting towed after being gone for ONLY 5 min. I did not see a “no parking” sign, otherwise I would’ve never parked there. So now my friend was faced with MORE stress of us not having a vehicle and she was forced to do more walking than what was recommended by her specialist. Finally found where my vehicle was towed and had to pay $240! Thanks a lot Walgreens, you really know how to ruin somebody’s day to make a small buck. Criminal and mean, how disappointing!

This store and the policy run by shift lead Christal and sidrea are the worse shift leads I ever seen in Walgreens shops .
They need more training for example the policy of Walgreens for return is 30 days and if it is more than 30 days the customer can get credit or exchange with other item .
Both shift leads did not follow the policy of Walgreens so right now and forever I will not shop from Walgreens anymore from that location 641 north Clark for the bad customer service provided by the two shift leads and I think if Walgreens in that store will continue to do bad customer service the Walgreens will bankrupt if other Walgreens shops follow the bad customer service.
Another thing I noticed it when I shopped over there they are not following the policy of Walgreens or the state to show Id identification card to sell liquor or cigarettes to customers.
The customer service associate ask him or her what your date of birth without scaning the id or seeing the id and put the numbers in the computer and this is against the law and regulations of city of Chicago.
And the customer service associate do not call the shift lead for override for selling liquor or tobacco products and that's against the law and regulations.
Another incidence happens to me I was buying item and the tag says it was on clearance and sidrea the shift lead refused to give it to me even i show her that there are many items on the shelf with the same clearance tag and she refuses to give me the item with the price and she refused to honor the price.
In the senior day which is the first Tuesday of every month they give discounts for seniors .
They always forget to put the table announcement in the front of the store to remind seniors.
I just to talk about bathrooms which they are always very dirty and have always bad smells and it looks like they don't clean it very well...
I think with bad management and very bad customer service will lead to disaster I mean store closed or even bankruptcy of Walgreen if continuing in bad management and bad customer service

Worst Walgreens on this planet. From the front end “manager” who was rude, obnoxious and flagrantly condescending…to the mean little pharmacist. Stay away from this place.

The pharmacist was a huge help. Appreciated the time to work out my prescription as I am so far away from home

Hands down the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. When you call the pharmacy, you are on hold for at least 20 minutes (most of the time they disconnect you) probably on purpose- but I’ve never been to a slower moving Walgreens in my life. Horrible customer service and everyone who works there is extremely rude.

Absolutely no point in ordering photos ahead for pick up because - for the 10th time - I’ve either waited more than 15 minutes to pick up the order, or my order was lost or not yet produced— despite an email confirmation that photos were ready.
Waste my time and you lose my business for life.

I had just came off of surgery and decided to make this location my pharmacy to pick up the meds that my doctor prescribed and as they have a drive thru. They denied me the meds bc they said the way my doctor wrote the script was wrong. I went to cvs and they had no issue filling my prescription. This place is trash.
