When I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in 2023, I was prescribed Revlimid, an immunotherapy drug, as part of my treatment plan. When I saw the over $3,000 copay for the first month, I knew there was no way I could afford it. I called my oncologist’s office and was told that Walgreens would assist me in applying for a copay grant. I spoke to a Maria on the phone and in ten minutes, it was taken care of. Every month without fail when it’s time for my refill, I know I can count on her assistance to get my prescription filled and shipped to me. This year, my prescription drug insurance formulary has changed but somehow she managed to find another grant for me and within 24 hours of her call, I received my first prescription of 2025 thanks to her diligence and professionalism. Walgreens, you have an exemplary employee in her. Thank you, Maria!

My prescriptions are not ready even though I've got any text and an email saying they are ready. I wouldn't complain if this was the first time it happened, but this has happened to me now at least 3 or 4 times in the last year. It's ridiculous and when I only have 30 minutes for a break and I waste it going there is so frustrating.

It can be crowded and slow at times, but that is to be expected since it is in the Northwestern hospital. Good selection of snacks and drinks, not horribly overpriced for downtown Chicago

I love shopping at Walmart because of the Good service, kind and respectful people.. They New Everything about the store and it products.. very informational about what I needed. Was very clean at explaining and detail.. it felt like family i didn’t feel out of place so recommending this location and what a great job you guys doing wish all of Walgreens stores was like you all god bless…

I wish they could give them a negative star rating. Even if your medical provider calls your Rx in ahead of time expect to wait a long time.
