Double check your receipts because I’m constantly being charged incorrectly and they make it such a hassle for you to have an adjustment for THEIR errors. They act like we’re an inconvenience to them.

This Walgreens is why the company is failing. Rude staff. To solve the rudeness, they installed a stupid check in for prescription pickup. So the rude staff can scream at you to check in. Meanwhile, the touchscreen doesn’t work so you can’t uncheck texting phone numbers. Brand new touchscreen and the screen doesn’t work. Much like Walgreens as a whole. Eight staff members that can’t be bothered with being friendly.

Alyssa and the shift lead working up front on 11/24/24 were very rude to me when I had an emergency and my bank was no where near and I needed cash back. The store has no ATM and Walgreens only offers $20 in cash back per transaction and I needed $60. I wanted to do 3 transactions and she called her manager up and denied my 3rd transaction. I actually work for Walgreens and I've been with a company a long time and I have never denied someone this. They kept saying ‘were not a bank’ ‘were not a bank’. I did tell them I was going to speak with the store manager on Monday about this and they said “okay, have a goodnight” with an attitude. Ive never been treated this way in at a Walgreens before.

I worked here for almost 3 years. Long story short, the extra hassle of finding another pharmacy to fill your prescriptions is totally worth it. Mike and Gail (if they're still there) are terribly negative people and odds are you'll catch them in a bad mood.

The staff is very hard-working. Sometimes they're short staffed but very reliable and helpful. The guy with glasses working there is the greatest! Took care of me right away. ??

Mary at the pharmacy is very Rude . She is the Manager and she’ll let you know that . I’ve been waitin on my prescription since yesterday. The app told it would be ready for 10:45am I got to the pharmacy at 10:53am before I could ask for my prescription. She says in a catty voice we’re about to go on lunch which I knew already that’s why I was there before the lunch time. I told her it was supposed be ready at 9:30 then it changed to 10:45 so I came here she said she doesn’t know why it says that but it’s not ready . Two other older Caucasians walked up and by this time it’s 11 she takes them with no problem she didn’t greet them with we’re about to go on lunch he asked for his prescription she said it wasn’t ready . He said I’ve been waiting since Monday . She said hold on a made his prescription up with no problem the next gentleman got his prescription it was well after 11 with no problem MARY is unprofessional and disrespectful. And she is discriminatory towards black people and openly LGBT people I always had this problem with her never has changed I’m convinced now .

I shop at this location every other day because the service is exceptional. Every time I walk into the store I'm greeted by the staff, and they're always willing to have a conversation when I'm feeling chatty.
I do not understand the grievances with the pharmacy. It is true that it can be very busy and the lines get long but the techs are always hustling and doing their best to provide the best service. Ricardo especially deserves kudos- he's patient, explains things well, answers questions, and I thought all the sweets were by the front registers but he definitely qualifies as eye candy

This is the worst pharmacy ever. They can never find our prescriptions, they always say it’s at another location and to call our insurance to see where it’s at. Our insurance always says it’s AT THIS LOCATION but the people working can never find it. Got me thinking THESE EMPLOYEES STEALING certain medications, because before my grandpa had passed away he needed some hard narcotics, went to pick them up and they “couldn’t find them” as they were looking in EVERY SINGLE BIN BESIDES THE ONE I saw my grandpas prescriptions in. We have the same issue getting our ADHD meds as well. I know those medications are a big seller on the streets due to people wanting to get high or lose weight, so I really hope these employees aren’t stealing supplies.

I called yesterday and was left on hold for a long period of time then someone picked up the phone, then hung it up! I called right back, someone answered " Walgreens please hold" left me on hold for another long period of time. The call was finally answered and my Rx question was answered after being on hold and hung up on for nearly an hour! I picked up my prescription today and I informed the lady I had questions for the Pharmacist, she said said the Pharmacist will come, she walked away left me in the drive through someone comes on the speakerphone and say " Can I help you and I said this is my 1st time taking this medication, I'm waiting to speak with a Pharmacist she says I am the Pharmacist I then said well can you come to the window, she said no I have to stay in my station, the voice sounded the same as the person who had just left the window I dont know if I was truly speakingwith a Pharmacistor not!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
