I and two other customers waited over 15 minutes on Saturday for someone to come help us at the Photo Department. It is not regularly staffed so you have to push a button and hope someone comes. I dropped off a FedEx Express package with 2 day service. I kept checking the tracking over the following days and it showed no movement. I went in person on Tuesday and it was still sitting there in the same place not picked up. The employee there assured me they'd get it in the hands of the FedEx people that night. That didn't happen. I returned the next day and there it still was. So I asked them to just return the package to me and then I drove it to FedEx myself to drop it off. Don't recommend using this location for any time sensitive FedEx drop offs.

I really appreciated the friendly and helpful service I received during my visit. The cashier went above and beyond by framing my photos, which was a thoughtful gesture.

I just want to give a shout out about a pharmacy technician at the Walgreens on Howard and Western. Jennifer G. went the extra mile not only looking out for my well being, but, suggesting a specific coupon that had the same medication for $50 less! She's a gem! The 5 stars are for her!!!

Now the 2 star rating makes a lot more sense. The workers are so rude and disrespectful. I don’t know if it’s because I’m black or look young but I have never had a good experience here I hope they fire everyone there and start over or better yet close the whole store. I will never visit this location again under any circumstances. Even the pharmacy staff is extremely rude. Avoid the headache and go to cvs up the street.

Every time I try calling, it rings, someone picks up the phone, doesn't speak, and puts me on hold. That's very unprofessional. The LEAST you could do is tell the person to hold before putting them on hold. It's a common courtesy, especially in customer service.

I have just purchased a product from this store. Once I got home I noticed that the package was not sealed, and it had signs of being previous opened, because the top was removed. When I opened it and counted whether all the pads are in it, I noticed that few items are missing. It means that somebody opened it and took few. Once I called the store, they didn’t want to assist me with it. Terrible customer service!

Beware there is a security guard at the parking lot
Where the Walgreens is at 7510 N Western
That comes around putting GREEN stickers on your vehicle at 7:50am!!!!! Useless SECURITY GUARD when it’s BUSY they do not come around
But when the parking lot is EMPTY they want to TOW YOUR VEHICLE

Worst pharmacy.
Every single person who works at that location
is extremely rude with customers who are filing in prescriptions.
My doctor prescribed me six medicines. When I went to pickup only three were in the bag. When I asked where are the other three the lady said I didn’t give the prescription to her. I gave it someone else. They scanned all the orders in their computers.
Extremely rude staff including the pharmacist.
There are always loud arguments between pharmacy staff and people who are filing in orders.
The lady at the reception said if I don’t like it then transfers the prescription somewhere else.
Is this how Walgreens corporate office operates and teach the staff.
