Worst service Walgreens ever.Cannot connect or talk to the intended person or pharmacist for any queries or concerns. They cheat you like connecting to the intended assistance, but you will end up wasting hours fruitless .You will end up doing everything right from the beginning, and not achieve any work.Lazy , irresponsible pharmacists and workers ever .Never recommend this location to any.

People give this pharmacy a bad name, however, what people don’t realize is that if the pharmacy is short-staffed, that naturally will create longer lines and a delay in filling and data entry.Both pharmacy technicians that have helped me— one is black with dreadlocks; the other is white with short brunette/black hair and glasses— could not have been more attentive and nice. The pharmacist at the time even clipped a coupon for my Rx, which saved me over $80.Unless my medication is not available at this location, this will be my go-to pharmacy for service and convenience.

I always try and get my meds delivered because I hate coming in person so much.nHowever the delivery system always messes up, tells me 5-10 business days then it never arrives and I have to request it again. Then I am forced to come in person where the pharm techs are rude and take forever to do anything. Every time I come it is NEVER ready despite filling on the app ahead of time. I seriously don’t get it. I work in retail and know customer service is draining but if someone comes to you nicely why are you rude?

No one cares at the pharmacy. They have no clue what they are doing. I feel sorry for the elderly and other who picks up their medications from this Walgreen ?

I have to agree with all of the other people who have left reviews about how horrible this Walgreens is. It's dirty, the staff is rude and unwilling to help and the people behind the pharmacy counter are never willing to help and actually find a solution. I go here because it's just a few minutes from our home, but it's a pretty unimpressive place to go. It's too bad, because I grew up in Evanston and I always remember this Walgreens being here. It's a neighborhood store. The people that work there, especially in the pharmacy need to do a lot better. Perhaps an actual course on what 'good customer service' actually is might be in order. It's time to do better.

The store itself is fine but the pharmacy is ridiculous. They employee some of the rudest people at that pharmacy counter. I have watched them get very short with people who have language barriers or with people shocked by and questioning co pays. Some of the customers are terrible I’ll admit but this is their attitude with everyone. I have even had them argue with me about the last time I had a script filled while holding the bottle with the date in my hand. I’ve called the corporate office but nothing has changed.

I have had up and down experiences at this store, but the last two times have been great so I'm going to give them their kudos. The last time was a curbside delivery mix-up in which (completely my fault) I sent one order to another location and another one to this one. For whatever reason, my order here wasn't ready, and I was outside for at least 10 minutes. But when I realized I made a mistake and the other half of my order was at another store, I decided to just call and ask if I could come in (with my dog). They were very flexible with this, probably because my dog is well-behaved. (Oddly enough, there were at least four women gushing over her and lost all their cool at the sight of my dog, who seemed more interested in staring at the magazines.)The cashier who helped me apologized for my curbside delivery never being acknowledged, quickly checked out my items and was very friendly. Never seen him before, so I'm guessing he's new (brown-skinned, African-American, around 6'0, medium build).Then today I came in the store and got my pick-up inside. The photo lab, which I usually gripe about because two workers kept reaching over the counter to auto-reject charity donations, was where pick-ups are. I grumbled internally. But one of those same ladies who reached around the counter was so nice to me that it made me want to take my grumpy review down. (I still feel strongly about that charity, so I won't.) I can't quite apologize because I wasn't wrong, but I definitely appreciate that she was so pleasant in spite of that charity incident. I think there's a new boss there too. He's about 5'7 and Hispanic, and he is on his p's and q's. When I didn't see him keeping an eye on the store staff, he approached me to find out why I had such a tough time with ordering online. (I said it in passing, but it apparently caught his attention as he walked by.)Additionally, there was another manager who was kinda moody during the charity incident. I've seen him a couple more times since then, and he's been very nice too. I felt bad because my dog barked at him when she saw him come outside, so apparently one of us is holding a grudge. Overall though, the customer service has improved so much that I don't really care about the curbside wait. The pharmacy people are GREAT 98% of the time (minus one guy who talks over you and I've only seen him 1x).Overall, my experience in the past couple of months during several visits is leaning toward 5 stars.

What a horrible clinic experience - pharmacists are rude and don’t tell you have to check in, leaving me standing there for 10 minutes.Then the nurse practitioner shows up, impatient that I’m late and rude about assisting me with check in. I’ve waited for you all for almost 20 minutes while I’m running a fever.Then I finally have my appointment start. Ive never experience a doctors appointment where the doctor never makes eye contact with me. Horrible bedside manner. I would’ve rathered an ER visit at this point.

Please never go to this pharmacy. Worst customer service EVER!!! Needed to get a prescription filled but the ladies working there were too lazy to fill out a quick prescription. How can you give attitude and deny somebody their medicine because you’re too lazy to do your job. I wish I could give negative stars.

Seems like my local Walgreens are locking everything that is not over counter. It makes me wonder why kinds of customers do we get here. I used them for years for convenience when they were open 24 hours. Now they don't. They don't have a drive thru which should be part of their plan. But no holding my breath nor use this as my pharmacy location of choice.
