Poor customer service RX would be ready after 19:30 Thursday.
I came back 15:00 Friday and RX still not ready. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Needed help in the soap isle since it was locked up so i rang the bell and the 5 workers were right by me gossiping about a baby shower and looked at me and continued to talk to eachother. i rang it again and they still didnt help so i went up to another worker for help and as we were walking back THEN the gossip girl wanted to help.

I wish I could give ZERO STARS. This pharmacy now has a new check in system. A man who did not speak English informed the pharmacy tech NANCY he did not know how to use the machine. NANCY then said well you have too or told him she would only help him after she was done helping everyone else here (mind you, about 6-7 people in line).
He then, embarrassed stormed off obviously upset.
The pharmacy tech rolled her eyes. When the crowd died down, I then heard her speak in Spanish to another tech and laugh about that man and his “odor.” It was terrible to watch this.
I am a medical provider and this patient could have needed his diabetes or blood pressure medications. This patient is someone’s dad, grandpa, uncle, son, friend - and to watch the way she treated him was terrible and again as a provider, I was disgusted. I now know what my patients mean when they tell me how much they struggle at pharmacies.
Language barriers and technology can be so difficult and to not be willing to help this customer was so sad to watch.
I wonder how many other patients go without because of treatment like this. So sad.

I’m not customer on this location but I to hep an old lady Live in the neighborhood that she cannot go and pick up her prescription They are very rude and unhelpful the way They talking to the customers , unprofessional!

I asked the cashiers for a product and I came back to the cashier again cause I couldn't find the product waiting for her to walk with me to find it and all I got is a rude answer and andry faces.
No wonder why many bussines are goind down lately the employee's attitudes screw everything.
Better go somewhere else.

Was told I couldn't return my daughter's diapers in exchange for a larger size. They were shipped to us from a different Walgreens, but they wouldn't take them here. That is not what the stores return policy states, says any purchases can be returned to your local Walgreens. Employees were very rude

Watched the pharmacy staff struggle while I waited for my medicine. Actually writing the review while I sit here. This is sad. The staff are over worked GET THEM SOME MORE HELP . This location is two busy to only have 1 pharmacist one cashier and one helper. Sheesh!

Horrible , horrible this Walgreens sales expired gift cards and make you go through a third party if any additional concerns . The shift manger Valerie was very unprofessional talking over me and didn’t allow me to express my concerns .
