Came to drop of a package 10 minutes before it closed only to find that the place was already closed. Asked the lady on duty but she simply said they were closed. Your hours say 10 pm closing so why?

11/10/23 at around 6pm, I went the walgreens 02903 5222 w Madison st Chicago, IL 60644 to pick up some photos. I got into the line and asked for help with photos. A lady possibly named Marquita came to me. She looked for my order but said she couldn't find it. So she just walks away and open up a register and didn't tell me what was going on. So I waited there for 20 minutes with absolutely no update. I asked Marquita what's going on and she told Lexa if she could help me. I asked if Marquita was a manager and she said that both herself and Lexa was managers. So I told Lexa what marquita did and she said that my order wasn't confirmed. I showed Lexa the confirmation number and email. Lexa then said it wasn't a photo confirmation. I showed the email again and she "okay" in a flippant tone. She looked for my order but couldn't find it. After about 5 minutes, she just reprinted the photos. That took like a minute. So I waited in this location for almost 30 minutes for nothing. I asked Lexa what was the 1st lady name and she said marquita so I'm not truly sure that was her name.
