This order has been delayed for almost a week, and each time I call, I’m told there’s yet another delay. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this Walgreens location, especially if you rely on timely service.

I honestly couldn’t shop in peace. I was buying nail polish and I was gonna continue to buy more products, but I felt like I was being followed and watched like I was gonna steal. I don’t know if it was because I’m Puerto Rican but I have enough money to pay for nail polish thank you very much. It will never come back here again

This location took a hit around covid and have not recovered. I remember when Ralph was still in charge of Pharmacy it was running good (at least on the front end) ……. Things went sour real bad. They are always busy. We wait wait wait. I kept calling on phone and it keeps ring ring then wait on hold then rings rings rings again.
Because the medicine is delayed? It says they need authorization from the doctor. Well, it was the doctor who send the med request today for the new med. Why do you need him to authorize it again? It is not a renewal. The Dr sent a new med request directly to you. It adds more time and more time. It was send to you from the dr office. I don’t understand this delay at all. I was suppose to start the medicine tomorrow morning but can’t because of this place’s incompetents. We are the ones dealing with symptoms. Now I have to hope to have these guys get it ready so I can take the medicine following day. What a service!!!

I went to this location to pick up insulin needles for my diabetic mother and the Pharmacy tech would not even look for them for me and denied me the purchase of them. For absolutely no reason at all. I have my ID to prove I’m old enough and everything but she just denied me right off the bat. It’s the blonde female Pharmacy tech that’s currently there (12/4/24 @ 10AM). Didn’t ask any questions or anything, just automatically denied me from the purchase. What if it was an emergency? You cannot just discriminate against someone like that. I want her spoken to about this. That was so uncalled for and incredibly disrespectful, rude and incredibly embarrassing. I will NEVER use this Walgreens again. For any purchase. If I could give you negative stars, I would.

Pharmacy level staff are rude and unprofessional. Don't have common sense. They need to be educated on how to process medication with insurance. They have different reasons every time you try to inquire what went wrong. They don't know what they are doing. A medication that needs prior authorization every time it gets refilled via app because it affects pricing per clerk, shouldn't it be their responsibility to make us aware that they can't process it because it needs one?? So we can follow up with the MD too and and for them to submit the form for the MD to sign for approval on their own without us giving the heads up for them to process already. Because I don't have the form they do! Rather than processing it. And this medication is not new to the system. It should be smooth . I always get a notification on the app that medication gets delayed because of prior auth, but sometimes not. It's the employee who process it and doesnt know the protocol. I have to pay more that it should and will have a lengthy process for my insurance for reimbursement .
I have no choice because my insurance carries Walgreens only.

I transfered my meds to this location closer to my home. It looks like new management and facility is nice and clean. The employees are very nice and we'll go that extra mile if you need anything the pharmacy is on time. I see there's lower Stars than mine but I'll give it a chance. My mom always told me give people benefit of the doubt before making a decision

Terrible customer service by store manager named Donna and a young female cashier I didn’t catch her name.
Keep cursing out your customers and accusing them.

I’m at my wits end with this Pharmacy. My prescription renewals are delayed or late every time. It’s gotten so bad the last few months I’m considering a mail order pharmacy. The delays are ridiculous and I’m going days in between without medication because it can take them five days for a standard prescription renewal. I even tried their plan to time the prescriptions to renew at the same time to save trips and that didn’t work. Guaranteed I’ll go and pick up and then the other will be available as soon as I arrive home. Farcical.

This pharmacy is the worst. Hands down. We switched to mail order and pharmacy stress is gone.

I wish there was an option to leave zero stars for this pharmacy. I've used them for years and never used to have problems. The past few months there has been an unfortunate, and noticeable decline. I wait up to two weeks for prescriptions I've been taking for months. I'm told it's an insurance issue, so I call my insurance who informs me they have no issues, and haven't been contacted by walgreens at all. We all know how fun cat and mouse games are to play over the phone, all because I was lied to. I had to wait 5 days just for cough medicine. Whether I'm in the drive-thru (which is frequently closed due to staffing) or in-store, I'm waiting in line for a minimum of 20 minutes, every single time. I'm not sure what their internal issues are, but they definitely have a lot.

Extremely low customer satisfaction in the pharmacy. Calls are not answered. I waited on hold one hour then decided to walk in to betold that they were too busy and my prescription would be filled the next day. I asked to have my prescription filled by another location. They agreed to fill my prescription but waited over anhour. This pharmacy provides terrible service.

Edittong my review from 5 stars to one. Phramacy team lied to me multiple times about a clarical error they made to my insurence. This cost me $150 dollars and 3 months of struggling and frustration, only to be lied to about them fixing it. They NEVER contacted my insurence to fix their mistake thay caused me to be out of medication i needed. Do not go here if you value your health and time. They will just straight up lie to your face based on their personal judgement on if you need your medication or not. Extremely discriminatory. You guys really suck.

Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Delays in getting prescriptions filled with no reasons why. Really one of their worst prescriptions service locations.
