Pharmacist Stephanie and her team do a great job at this location. They always fill my scripts in a more than timely manner and they are polite and efficient on the register. I see them being patient and helpful to guests constantly. The store is well organized and the regular retail employees are friendly. Thank you to the team for making my life a little easier.

Head Pharmacist was really unprofessional. I was asking a tech a question and she went to ask the head pharmacist who was a woman a question about a prescription i needed and she blurted out answers in-front of another customer. Super uncomfortable transaction. Personal info should not be discussed in-front of other customers

Normally I don’t leave reviews but I’ve had nothing but negative experiences with this pharmacy. 4 out of 5 employees I’ve encountered have been extremely rude. When I first started going there, the pharmacist didn’t want to use my mounjaro discount card because she assumed I was using it only for weight loss and not my diabetes.
When my prescription suddenly went from 90 day supply to 30 day supply and almost tripled in price, I was given nothing but attitude when I questioned the change. I was told they didn’t have an answer for me. After I called my insurance I found out that Walgreens changed their policy and was no longer taking my insurance. Because I had reached my deductible I could’ve been getting my 90 day supply at no cost from any CVS. So all this to say that I would never be going back to them and I do not recommend anyone else go there.

I came to this Walgreens for the first time to pick up some teacher appreciation gifts with my kids and my cashier was Anna. We was so friendly and helpful. She provided exceptional customer service 100/10! Someone give her a raise! Definitely will be coming to this location instead of my usual Walgreens. Thanks for all your help Anna!

WORST PHARMACY EVER! And I worked for Walgreens!
***Referring to pharmacy only. I never shopped at the store. ****
Worst customer service ever from any pharmacy. The people on the phone don't listen to your request and try to brush you off. Gives off the feeling they try to do the least as possible. I had problems from the begining with this pharmacy. Lack of compassion, empathy, communication and listening skills. Finally spoke to Pharmisicist Cathy S. I told her that by the time she got to speak to me I was a volcano and I erupted. She stated she is happy with her staff and happy with the way her staff treats her customers. She also stated that no one ever has been upset or spoke to her the way I did. She also said she would like to refuse filling my prescriptions and that I need to be kind to her because she can just decide to nit fill my medications. I see that as a person with a power trip and taking advantage of her authority. I tried to explain to her manny times of my previous experiences with her pharmacy and she refused to believe me. I suffer from depression and anxiety. Someone like her can be liable for refusing to fill my prescriptions. On November 13 and I was told my prescription would be ready it was a ghost trip. I worked up whatever energy I had in mental anguish and in pain. I got there trying to take control of my health by picking up my prescriptions. They had nothing ready for me and said it won't be ready for another day. I asked them why they haven't filled them when they said it would be ready!? They just brushed me off and said they never said anything to me. Today is December 1st still no medications. Is why when I called for my prescriptions today and they tried to brush me off and tell me they wont be ready for another day or two. I suggested that maybe Caathy S should listen to her phone calls and recordings for training purposes to better equip her staff to know how to handle sick customers like me. She did what her staff did she brushed me off and said she is happy with her staff. She doesn't believe they need anything that they are doing great. Which is sad they lack good listening skills. I'm sure I was giving them a hard time well deserved I hope they choose to see that not everyone can be brushed off. I can only imagine how many ppl they do this to. I know many people that work in the pharmacy aren't certified techs some of them are retail workers and that's ok I know because I use to work for Walgreens I to worked there. I know how it works. I hope Cathy. S Reads this and knows how her I am right power trip attitude character flaw shouldn't be part of her career. She actually threatened me not to fill my medication and told me I have my own reality to believe that's the worst thing you can tell a person with mental illness. The fact that I apologizes to her repeatedly and said I'm sorry and begged her to help me she was still on her high horse the entire time. She kept trying to control the entire conversation instead of accepting possible flaws in her staff or being empathetic or just listening she would talk over me from the start. Not once did I feel heard she is just as bad as her staff. If i could give this pharmacy -100 stars I would!

The worse pharmacy ever. They text you your medicine is ready. Then you come and they have a million and two excuses why it’s not ready. And it’s always the same. Either missing medicine or they forgot one or or or. It’s always something with them. Look at all the reviews everyone is complaining of the same thing.

Today, I had an unfortunate interaction with Freddy, the pharmacist at Walgreens, which left me feeling disheartened. The pharmacist's demeanor was unprofessional but surprisingly nasty and sassy, far from the expected courteous and helpful service.Such behavior not only affects the immediate experience but also tarnishes the establishment's reputation and undermines trust in professional advice.
