They need new techs in the pharmacy. With exception of the Hispanic woman, all the others are so rude and dismissive. Today I experienced the blonde one and the middle eastern long hair tech treating an older man so rude! The older man just wanted to know about his medicine. When I left, the wife was there and apparently he has dementia. Shame on them for treating him like that. People like those two techs make me lose faith in humanity.

Every time I go there they just say the aisle that I already went to and I say it’s not there and they don’t care. Also, very rude and they don’t help.

The pharmacy staff are absolutely rude. The girl in the veil who is arabic has a stoned cold look on her face every time I go in there. Perhaps a customer service position at 7-11 would best suit her.
And not only are they rude to the public, they're also rude to my insurance company by having up on them multiple times. When I confronted them with that information, they stated that the insurance people don't know what they're talking about, are you kidding me?!
I'm currently searching for another pharmacy.

My prescripción was moved to this location because they has run out at my current one. I had to visit this place twice, people is so very rude, even the pharmacist has a bad attitude and doesn't care about customers. There was a line ans they closed for a break @ 7:00 pm when they have more customers, the place is unorganized and not very clean. I'm not coming back here ever, in fact I will consider to move my prescriptions to Cosco for better prices and better customer care.

Yesterday, during my visit to pick up my prescription, I encountered a young lady wearing a veil who exhibited unprofessional behavior and rudeness. Communication was difficult as her veil obstructed her ability to hear me clearly, requiring me to speak louder than I was comfortable with when discussing my personal information. Due to the unsatisfactory customer service experience at Walgreens, I may have my insurance provider send my prescription delivered to my residence instead.

This is my second time experiencing that Walgreens received my prescription at 10 am and it is not ready at 4pm!!! I need to take them from today and the always give me misinformation about what doctor says! I will change my pharmacy. Don’t ever choose this place!
